My partner and I had an incredible time at Bay 10. The location was perfect, less than a 3 minute walk to the Port Lincoln hotel and the strip of shops and restaurants along the esplanade. We stayed in upstairs Suite 4 and it was a perfectly cosy and comfortable space for a couple or individual. The views of the bay (from the bedroom and lounge area) were lovely and the apartment was perfectly clean, even for a germaphobe like me. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower space, good water pressure. Even though it seems like you are close to the other suites when standing outside the apartment room, we didn’t hear any noise whatsoever and it felt completely private. The little communal lawn spot is also a beautiful spot directly overlooking the bay. The service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs, such as supplying new towels and linen, and helping us with some laundry. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My impression from the booking was, that the room was going to he quite large, it was smaller than expected but If I'm completely honest, I was happy to see how cosy the room was! The room we booked was suitable for 1 or 2 persons, so I'm sure if you have a family, they would have a larger room available!
Everything in the room was perfect! The bed was unbelievably the comfiest bed we have ever slept on and you know what was the best part, For ONCE we stayed in a hotel with an actual comfortable couch!
Never have we ever stayed anywhere, where the couch was perfect for lounging on. Wait, the other best part of this accommodation was, the TV has free Netflix... Like what?! How perfect is that for when you are away on holiday!
The room was very well presented, There was a few good quality Chocolates in our room and also a Nespresso - Pod machine with some tasty Coffees.
The only negative was that the Shampoo in the shower was pretty much empty and the conditioner was empty. But if they were full, I'd be happy to mention how great the bathroom was also, as the shampoos and conditioners weren't the small plastic bottles, so as for being economical, I was stoked to see that they used refillable containers for their shampoo and conditioners!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had one of the upper units (unit 5) which has a view over Boston Bay. Parking may be a little challenging with the lower units but we had it easy parking alongside the Lincoln Highway. Front desk staff are only there in the morning but she was very pleasant and efficient. The unit is not overly large but is adequate for 2 people. Cooking facilities are limited with only a microwave for cooking alongside a kettle and toaster. The Port Lincoln Hotel is a 3 min walk away and restaurants on Tasman Terrace at most a 10 minute walk away.

Hi Carolyn You are right in saying that our lovely studio suites have limited kitchen facilities and hopefully this was outlined via the booking platform you used (if not we would appreciate you contacting us via email reception@bay10accommodation.com.au so we can have this addressed with your booking platform). We do encourage bookers wishing for more kitchen facilities to look at our 2 bedroom apartments which have cooktop/oven and fridge/freezer available. the pictures all looked great. but well only 2 rooms have actual bay view and both of which have what I would really call on street parking as it is literaly right next to the road no cover nothing. The rooms are nice but not once did I see any cleaner or any staff what so ever. Really not a good touch for a small business. The manger was ok on the phone but had to ask for clean into day stay. it is not as close to main street as couple other hotels. the sink has no wear to dry utensils. really found the whole thing very impersonal and for the price Licoln Hotel would have been better option. I will say the room was Quiet though considering right next to the main road. expected much loader. I did like the view oout of the room I did end up with, thank gogd didnt get the other one had booked as then would have been really diappointed.

Hi lachlan, Thankyou for your feedback, we appreciate it . We spoke on the phone quite abit in regards to parking and views and you were even sent photos of the areas before arrival. We are sorry it did meet your expectations. Did you however checkout the communal area by any chance? Reception at Bay 10 is open everyday from 9.00 until 12.pm and then managed 24 / 7 via phone unless needed on the complex. You were out each day I was there, and was looking forward to meeting you. We communicated via text message during your stay to checkin with you to see if you needed any top ups. Anything else you needed we would have been more then happy to assist if we were asked. We do try to personally meet all of our guests but unfortunately this isn't always the case. Thanks again for your feedback , we appreciate and we hope your time in Port Lincoln was a good one. This was such a beautiful place to stay and managers are very accommodating and welcoming. Everything we needed, beautiful views rooms, walk to shops and restaurants. Had a hiccup because we didn't know how to use the cooktop, phoned and someone was there to help out in 5 minutes. We stayed there when covid 19 restrictions were in place so no restaurants open. Lots of takeaway nearby so not a problem and able to get orders in 10 minutes. Port Lincoln is absolute paradise - amazing seafoood, wildlife and Bay10 is THE very best location anyone could wish for. Can't recommend staying here highly enough.

Whilst doing an SA road trip we decided to spend our 2 nights at Port Lincoln in the Bay 10 Deluxe Apartment. Stunning accommodation and beautifully styled. Easy check in details were messaged on the day of arrival due to reception being unattended when we arrived. Extra blankets were needed, an email was sent and they were delivered promptly. As was additional towels and coffee pods. Location, accommodation 100%

We had a fantastic stay. This was the second time staying at Bay 10. Last time we stayed in the apartment style rooms at the back of the site. The room was really nice, but as ground floor didn’t have an ocean view we decided to spend a bit more this trip and stay in the original cottage at the front, it was really lovely. Had great ocean views, two very large bedroom which meant we could put the baby in the second room. A large kitchen and living room even with Netflix. There’s a lovely grass area at the front which when the weather is good is nice to relax with the family and enjoy a drink or have a bbq. The staff were extremely hospitable, will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Bay 10 for our recent trip to Port Lincoln, A few weeks before hand i actually realised i had mistakenly booked the incorrect dates and Lori and Fiona were so helpful and accommodating when i had to rebook last minute to my correct dates. The service was outstanding and we would definitely stay at bay 10 again. As a result of my mistake we stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom apartment the first night and then the ocean view studio suite the second night. Lovely views from both of our rooms, great amenities and plenty of space. We didn’t have a car so it’s just a short walk to the main town area with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying with Bay 10.

We stayed here as part of our SA roadtrip, we found the accomodation had great views over the bay. The room was clean the bed comfortable, a bit on the small size if you are larger people, the room was easy to navigate, breakfast bar for eating. There is a lovely garden accessible below the suites for bbqing and looking over the bay. Car parking for our units was off street out front of building, but not an issue. Overall i would stay here again.

In this time of Covid it is a rare gem to be able to almost forget the worries of the world and really enjoy a stay away from home in a lovely holiday destination. Bay10 have excelled in making a getaway both rewarding and relaxing. It was all so easy!… nothing was too much trouble and the lovely staff we eager to please and a wealth of knowledge on local attractions. The site is in a near perfect position close to the shopping precincts with outstanding views of the harbour and finding an eatery within walking distance was a snap. Parking was an adventure but our car was secure and after perfecting the right angles easy enough to come and go. We were curious as to what the other units might look like , and again we were ushered into all the available units( shortly after checkout) to have a sticky beak. I can truthfully say there were no dud rooms and when we go back to visit we will be certainly staying at bay10 again. It doesn’t matter if you are a family, a couple or even a pair of couples ,accommodation is available to suit you. Do yourself a favour, when visiting port Lincoln try bay10 appartments for your accommodation it’s the icing on the cake when visiting this lovely part of australia.
