Beautiful site, lovely view. Sites are a little close together. Amenities clean, laundry clean. Nice walk into town. Lots of things to do in surrounding area. NP is amazing, walks are well worth the effort. Think probably stay out there next time.

Views that go on for miles comes to mind. Clean, really good camp kitchen. Walking tracks to town or in either direction along the foreshore. It's 3.6 ks into town on the track from the park so be prepared if you choose to walk. It's worth it though, got to watch some dolphins play. Everything is pretty close but be prepared for the hills if you're walking, not for the faint hearted. Some office staff are abrupt and rude but most are friendly and helpful.

One of the nicest and most peaceful caravan parks I have ever stayed at. We had attempted to get to Port Lincoln about 4 times but had to bail out due to poor weather so we made a special trip there and it didn't disappoint. There were a lot of sites that offered fantastic views over the water where you could enjoy the sunrise and also the sunsets - just magic. The amenities were cleaned around 5.30 every morning but by 8am they were quite gritty and dirty and that's how they remained for the rest of the day. They really needed a 2nd light clean out late morning. There was a mop supplied so you could try and mop out the dirt from the shower but no bucket supplied to rinse off the mop! (I understand the bucket may disappear now and then but having one is far better than not) Apart from that it is idyllic and could have stayed forever!

Our prebooked 8 day stay was great from the first minute until the last. Reception was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We could not believe the amount of space around our concrete site with only 4 caravans within a normal Adelaide house block. All facilities are kept in top condition. Would recommend this park to all but book early as those that book late will end up next to permanents and a lot less room. Beware our friends who did not book until the last minute had their 4WD targetted by would be thieves who must have been disturbed from a full entry in their rear cab.

We booked 4 months ahead and requested a particular site that we had used two years earlier. Upon check in we were given a different site. The man at the desk was rude and refused to do anything about it. I could sense he wasn’t too bright so held back. Maybe he was related to the owner hence why he’s still got a job. He told me I could talk to the manager if I wasn’t happy and I requested he ask the manager to call me. This never happened. The guy was inadequately skilled to deal with people and also take bookings responsibly. I can say that the lady was extremely helpful but she can’t soar like an eagle when she’s surrounded by an incompetent associate who would look up to being a a turkey one day. He even suggested (the site he gave me with no water) that I could refill my caravan tank as often as I wanted, but couldn’t offer a hose long enough to reach the 50meters required to get to a tap. I was almost waiting for him to offer me a bucket. He was outright condescending. Didn’t even offer a discount on my booking - regardless of not having water. Park is nicely located. Won’t be back thanks to the banana behind the desk.
