We stayed in a spa suite which was large and very comfortable. The wrap around balcony provided a stunning view across the waters of Boston Bay. The king bed was extremely comfortable and it was a pleasure to have a spa bath with robes provided.

Booked the Luxury Ocean View, paid $314 1 night and $399 1 night. Not sure what they mean about 'Luxury Ocean View" as we had a room on the side of the building which looks out on carpark, buildings and to the right the ocean. Also, room is quite dated, TV remote control was like an old brick. No welcome card or gift (nothing) no coffee machine. All in all, for the price you pay it was very disappointing. I don't think the bonus voucher for "no room service" was taken of our restaurant bill either. Reception was not very friendly.

The hotel and rooms were lovely with great balcony views over the harbour. I would not recommend the restaurant for either dinner or breakfast. I ordered the gnocchi for dinner and it came in a cream sauce which looked like cat vomit. It tasted horrible. There was also confusion amongst the staff about drink eligibility for the complimentary vouchers we received upon check in.

Room clean but room service is rubbish. Tried the signature seafood platter at $80 I expected more. Left most of it on the tray. Won’t be staying here again. $229 per night is a rip off. Much better value than that in town and KFC would be a better option for room service

The hotel is great but skip the restaurant. Extremely long wait times, I’m assuming they are understaffed. Great location with good outdoor parking. Handy having the guest laundry, gym and pool in the same area. The water in the fridge was not free and the water tastes salty.

We recently had a short holiday in Lincoln and visited the hotel on 3 occasions. We had one dinner, one breakfast and a drinks session. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. Drinks all good. The ambience was upbeat and happy. The dinner in Sarins was ok, not as special as we were hoping for. Overall, 4 stars.

We chose to stay here for our 6 day visit to Port Lincoln. We have not stayed at this hotel before, but have stayed many times in PL. We had an ocean view suite, which as it says, had a great view over Boston Bay. We found the hotel very quiet, no noises from adjoining rooms. Well appointed and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and pillows great too. We saw some beauty sunrises as we lay in bed in the morning. Staff were all very helpful and friendly Next time we stay in PL, we will stay here again ( took advantage of the Winter Package on offer )

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. Furniture is in bad condition and bathrooms old. And it was so noisy. Our room was right above the bar which had a band blaring until very late. So much for a relaxing weekend away to catch-up on sleep. You should advise at time of booking there will be loud music and give people options if they want to stay or not. We certainly would not have booked has we known. Are you an accommodation venue or pub/nightclub?

The beds are very uncomfortable, they are way too too soft as are the pillow. Staff is quite rude and incompetent, could not answer to simple questions and made incorrect statements (with a couple of lovely exceptions). Worst part though is the very loud music from their in-house venues which travels to the rooms and make it impossible to sleep (we stayed on level 3).
