The owner was friendly and happy to accommodate. Unassuming from the outside but obviously renovated inside, they have done a great job. We had a lovely stay, clean, neat, tidy and simple but pleasant decor. Very reasonably priced. We have stayed at two other places in town on our travels and highly recommend this little motel as the place to stay in Peterborough.

It is a 7 unit motel that looks a bit ordinary from the street but the owner is fabulous, the rooms comfy, well laid out, decently equipped, a good nights sleep, and everything was well maintained and clean as could be. One cannot compare a small town motel to a metro one, but as a small town motel this one ticks all the boxes. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it.

Excellent location, rooms are immaculate, friendly staff .
Only issue was the car park whilst raining was waterlogged and muddy.
This impacted on entry to the rooms, maybe one day this might be resolved.
We have been to this motel many times over the years and its well worth the stop over in a lovely friendly country town.

This is a little place, within walking distance of the main drag. Each of the 6/7 rooms have a little front porch and each is separated from the other by nice, large creepers. You need to park your car head first, right up to the little table and chairs as parking is very tight here.
The room was a generous size with a little kitchenette thing with microwave, toaster and kettle, small fridge, with crockery and cutlery in drawers. There was a vinyl 2 seater couch, small table and 2 chairs. The TV was smallish and high on the wall.
The bathroom was a nice design but for some reason, the vanity cupboard was blocked off. This made it difficult to put things anywhere.
I’m not sure if we got a renovated room as the timber furniture was old and scratched and the bed linen not great although there were nice fresh towels. The carpet had some stains on it but was pretty clean otherwise, as was the room in general. There was only one bedside lamp and that didn’t work. The lighting in the room was too dim to read by.
There was a good air conditioner.

Modern and exceptionally clean and tidy bathroom also bedroom with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and jug.

Quiet location in the CBD .
Parking in front of room, reasonable rates.
Very good communication via phone with owner Chris, he was very anxious to please.
I have no hesitation in recommending this motel.

From the road motel looks basic however what a pleasant surprise. Very clean and spacious room. Awesome shower, plenty of pressure. Lovely enclosed bbq and pool area. Quiet location and very central, within walking distance to shops. The owner couldn't help us enough. Thank you Rick for a very comfortable stay.

Friendly service no problems with booking through booking.com some 3 months ago. Room was huge very clean looked onto the pool. We couldn't be happier. Internet worked well no road noise and good shower flow. We ate dinner onsite also top rated.
Able to our own breakfast with toaster and microwave plates and cups. Will stay again when passing next.

This motel does not look much from the road but the room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was really good and breakfast was good. really good value. very helpful host. right in the middle of town

We stayed here overnight after travelling on the Pichi Richi Railway at Quorn. The room was quite large with a queen bed and 2 seater lounge. The shower was adequate and the room was clean and tidy. Although it is an older style motel at $98 per night it was value for money. It is set back from the main road so it is very quiet. We noticed that it is up for sale but didn't talk to current owners of what they expect will happen to the motel. The parking is a little tight especially if you have a larger car. Overall I would recommend this motel for an overnight stay.

I stayed here for 1 night on 11th april 2012 en route from Brisbane to Perth.
I found the room nicely done up, with little touches like a teapot and matching, good quality towels.
There is no cooking allowed in the room, but there is a very well appointed (and maintained) camp kitchen that has everything you could need.
As there are only 7 rooms in total, the place has a lovely homey feel.
Outside each room is a parkbench style seat along with a little table. The front of each room has lattice with creeper on them so you feel you have a little privacy.
This was by far the nicest place I stayed on my 5 night journey from east to west, and it was also the cheapest!
I'd recommend to anyone.
