Greats service. Fantastic publican, until the locals come in and try fighting everyone, locals in Morgan are deros I always use to come to this town will never be coming back again thanks for the hospitality Morgan I won't b coming back

After a full day travelling I arrived in Morgan unexpectedly. Ali was more than helpful in arranging a room for me on the hop as the pub was flat out. I had room 15 which was a large room containing a double and two single beds. My bed was extremely comfortable and I was impressed with the good quality electric blanket. The next morning I really took notice of how clean the room and communal bathrooms were kept. Great friendly service at great rates.

We had dinner there, and it was the worst. We both ordered steak sandwich @ $24.90 each. I have had meals in pubs all over Australia this would be the worst I have ever had. The beer was also really crap. My friends was flat and the barman needed a lesson in how to pour beer. Overall, it was a really crap night at the pub.

Can't beat this pub for value. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast and a lounge included. Secure motorcycle parking available, perfect for a bike trip away. There are lots of stairs. Close to the river and attractions.

Staying in Morgan for a couple of days. Great little town. Decided to go for dinner at The Commercial pub. Great roast pork for $15. Plenty of vegetables, gravy and apple sauce. Even had some crackling. Most places now seem to leave the crackling off which really annoys me. Would go again. Yummy 😋 meal

Very friendly country pub. Great place for a weekend away by the Murray River. Fantastic weather this time of year. Friendly staff and locals. Quiet picturesque country town. Boat trips and wineries nearby. Will definitely return. Feel very relaxed.

There's 2 pubs in town and both had mixed reviews. Tossed a coin and went with the crew at the Commercial Hotel on the top corner. Service was friendly, beer was icy cold and food for dinner was great. We each had a diffetent item and all were of quality. Good pub grub. Happy to recommend to others.

Booked 2 rooms earlier in the week which was confirmed by booking.com. Came to check in to start our New Years celebrations and no bookings for us and no alternate accommodation available there or anywhere else in the town. Thanks commercial hotel for stuffing up our New Years celebrations and having to drive back to Adelaide shortly after our arrival.

Commercial Hotel has a new chef and their meals are amazing. Great menu, range of food was good and was absolutely delicious. Chef came out and asked if we liked our meal. Service was fantastic. Happy and helpful waitresses.
