We stayed for 2 nights in a Studio with a spa...Room 27
The spa is extra large, we're not skinny short people and both of us fit comfortably!!
The "mood lighting" was a bit cute and gave us a giggle..
The room was clean, plenty of space for putting your belongings away.
The continental breakfast was a nice way to start our day.
We walked the grounds, but were too busy to sit and enjoy them.
The BBQ area by the pool looked great & would be awesome to spend time with friends there etc.
I would recommend that the rose garden area with fountain was cleaned up, it was the only thing that let the place down.
The location is great & easy to find.
We would happily spend a week staying there...
We will be back in December :)

We stayed on Saturday 5th of September 2020.
The staff are the shining stars of this establishment. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and approachable.
Room was basic, but spotless. Well done to housekeeping!!
Free tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries were very much appreciated. Extra towels, pillows and blankets were already in the room too. Free wifi was fast and easy to log into.

Amazing location on the Main Street, across from the visitors centre and the Shiraz trail.

Only small negative is the walls were a bit thin. No big deal as our neighbours weren’t noisy.

Already thinking of returning in summer. Thank you again to the lovely staff for making us feel so welcome.

We booked direct and we were highly impressed with our King room which exceed our expectations and was excellent value! This is more than a Motel room, as it was significantly larger with a stocked bar fridge which was reasonably priced, together with cutlery, toaster, microwave. There was an excellent sized shower together with a separate toilet and no road noise at night!

Location is wonderful, close to the centre of the town and many wineries. As it’s the last minute booking, we got the last unit left which is an inter-connected double bedroom unit, it got two sets of everything with a shared shower and toilet. Each room is quite large with beds, table & chairs, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and bowls, etc. most of things a traveler needs. Plunger and instant coffee, fresh milk, tea bags and biscuits are provided. It's nothing fancy at this place but it’s practical and clean, as well as comfortable. BTW, Shower water is good with plenty pressure.
The TV in the room is rather small, with my eye sight, I won't be able to watch it from bed. But I'm not there to watch TV, so it's no drama.

Located at the top of Main St this motel is ideally placed for a sojourn in wine country. Just a few minutes drive from squillions of wineries, cideries, breweries and eating places it makes a great base from which to explore. The motel has about 40 rooms well spaced. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Easy access and it even has a Tesla charging station ( I wish I had a Tesla)

Pretty good location for a motel, directly opposite the visitor centre but still close to the town centre and all its amenities. The motel's situated at the Victor Harbor Road end of the long Main Road stretch, and it can be easy to miss. But there's easy access to all the surrounding areas like Willunga, the beachside suburbs and all the wineries.

Rooms are fabulously clean, large and spacious with a jacuzzi tub, and has all the practical amenities you need, including a tiny gym (it has 2 machines, that's all) and with an infrared sauna located next to the pool. You'd be surrounded by loads of corellas and galahs however and they're noisy enough to wake you up in the morning, as cute as they are.

I stayed here with a friend on a Saturday night after a wine vineyard lunch. First I would like to say how welcoming and helpful was the lady at the front desk(I think it was Corinne). We were in a family unit just for one night. It was clean with very comfortable beds, nice shower area, microwave and refridgerator. There was some noise from adjacent units until early hours of the morning, not very loud but annoying, possible a continuation of the day’s activities. I did not complain. I went for a swim in the pool in the early morning, did about a kilometre. I think it is 12m and was 24(75) degrees, very comfortable for swimming laps. The motel is across the road from the Visitors Centre which has a wealth of local information. I would definitely stay at this motel again.

Enjoying a winery lunch, we decided to stay on in McLaren Vale if we could find a last-minute accommodation option. We were lucky to score an executive suite at this great motel, offering a king size bed, spa and leather recliners.
The motel also offers a couple of relaxing garden and deck areas, a tiny gym and a sauna.
Friendly and helpful staff, close to all the Main Street attractions of the town - what more could you ask for? It's also quiet at night and has parking right outside your room.
