The caravan park is situated on a beautiful bend in the river with glorious views of the river from many sites. We stayed in a drive through powered site in our caravan. The park was very well maintained and the facilities very clean. The shower cubicles were a bit more spacious than many other parks which was much appreciated. We also visited friends who were staying in one of the cabins which was beautifully appointed, very clean and had a lovely view of the river. The park is absolutely delightful and amid all the nice things about it, the staff are the best! They were all very friendly, helpful and kind. We needed to change something re our booking and they were most accommodating, helping us cheerfully to make the changes. The museum near the caravan park is also very interesting and well worth a visit. I thoroughly recommend this caravan park as a lovely place to stay and will be visiting it again myself when I get the opportunity.

Laid back and relaxed place. We always have a great time at mannum park. Our kids and puppy dog loves being there. Bunkhouse stay for all our friends and their families was a great spot to spend time together under one roof.
Would be nice if bunkhouse toilets and BBQ gets cleaned daily during guests stay but it wasn’t a big deal anyway just a suggestion to make stay more enjoyable.

Laundry only takes $1 coins and need own powder for washing machines. Can recommend the PS Mayflower 1.5 hr cruise. Very informative and relaxing and Dock museum well worth the visit at the information centre as well. Outlines Paddle steamer history on river Murray and also has information on 1975 floods in Mannum. Some sites are gravel but there are also grass sites and there are also disabled shower and toilet facilities were also kept very clean and presentable and staff very helpful. Enjoyed themfood at the Rustic Cafe on main street especially bacon and eggs on toast (all day) and fish burger with the lot was huge.

Staff at the front desk need to change jobs and not work in this industry.. I have stayed in many many hotels, motels, caravan parks and have never experienced customer service so bad! Nasty and rude from the moment we checked in, wanting to charge us $70 extra per night per cabin ( we had 6) because of kids when we booked 6 ,2 bedroom cabins in May with the previous staff, and i clearly advised we all had kids and needed the bigger cabins. She gave us the rates and we paid our deposit back in May! Not our problem that the staff don’t communicate! No reason to be nasty and rude to the customers.. Be prepared to be in bed by 8:30 as we got screamed at for talking and laughing with our kids at 9pm. The park itself was great but the staff really turned us off. We were scared to ask for anything because of the way they reacted! The owners need to find new friendly, down to earth staff if they want people to return!

The staff were friendly, the ammenities were clean and well serviced. Our caravn powered site was well set out with matting in place to keep evferything tidy. The views are brilliant with the park directly on the Murray River. There is pleanty of wild life to see.. Family friendly

We have been coming to this park for over fifteen years and, as my title says, it just gets better. It’s obvious all the staff work hard to make staying here a very pleasant experience. The ammenities are always spotless and the grounds people work very hard to keep on top of the mess our bird life can create. There are rumours of some changes but I’m sure those changes are only going to improve this park even more.

Great caravan perk with excellent staff and ammenities. Close to all shopping and lots of things to do. Despite the floods, the people concerned has cleaned up a lot of the damage and before too long, the cabins will be bought back and the park will be back to normal. The river is still flowing very fast but several people were still catching fish.

We love this park & have been there a few times & never been disappointed. Clean & lots of trees so watch out for the bird droppings but worth putting up with for sure. Great watching the river traffic. Clean amenities, the only negative is the radio in the amenities block on a talking station that can’t be understood . Music web better. Easy walk to shops & pubs.

What a great caravan park! We were only staying one night but this park is close to the main shopping centre, well within walking distance, is clean, well set out and from what we could see very busy. The camp kitchen was well provided, with no need to bring cooking utensils. The shower block we used was neat, clean and very tidy too. And the views out to the River Murray were great. All in all a relaxing night.

Our second visit to the park, we had a river front powered site, what a view!!! Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Mannum main street is a short walk and Monarto Safari Park is also a short drive away. The new cabins also look amazing if you dont have a van.

The sites on the bird sanctuary have green matting which I think is actually better than a cement slab. There are not too many trees in that part of the park either. If you have little ones just be aware that the on the bird sanctuary river is right there on your door step.
There are more places to choose from in the Mannum area.
