We stayed for 5 nights and had the best time ever. Fresh eggs from their chickens, nice bacon, orange juice, milk, tomatoes, lurpak butter, lovaly made jams, And mushrooms provided
Beautiful bed and fantastic spa and shower. Amazing views of the Murray River. Great 4k tv with Netflix and dvd player. Great air-conditioned and fan. Great outdoor indoor room with nice big BBQ. Fantastic oven and dishwasher.
They even provided tooth brush, shaving kit and pads.
Exceptionally clean
The staff were very helpful and nice.
Can't wait to return.

You can’t get better than walking into a room and immediately wanting to cancel all plans so you can just stay. The retreat was fantastic and so relaxing. I was sorry we had to leave and go to sounds by the river. We will return and this time embed ourselves in the view and tranquility ❤️

Wow!!! What a gem! The rooms are exceptionally well designed with a myriad of small extras and complete privacy to make your stay memorable. The view of the Murray River was magnificent. Fabulously fresh provisions were in the fridge for breakfast as well as a variety of teas and coffees. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

We needed a few days to rest and recharge and we hit the jackpot with Riverview Rise Retreats just outside Mannum. Absolutely private, lovely views and all the amenities we could want. Airconditioned, full kitchen amenity, spa and all-round comfort. We stayed in Bobs Bungalow and it was perfect for us. A very generous breakfast is included and we added the bbq pack and continental platter which were fantastic. We shall return.

The luxury and privacy of this place is fantastic. The backdrop and sunset views across the river are superb Nothing to do but to relax and soak it all up. Everything about this place is great, you wont want top leave. We'll be going back again soon

Great comfortable room with everything you can wish for. Great facilities for cooking. Luxury bathroom. Great view over the Murray.

My wife and I have just spent two wonderful days in Mannum which is just a short hours drive from Adelaide. We stayed at the newly opened Riverview Rise Retreats situated in the heart of paddle steamer country on the mighty River Murray. This was Australia at its best! Panoramic landscapes, spectacular sunsets, beautiful river, peace and quiet... And as if this wasn't enough, these luxurious retreats are equipped with absolutely everything you could wish for, even the latest home theatre system with full surround sound! Our bed was huge and so comfortable that getting up in the morning was a real effort. Our hosts Michael and "Wink" went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made our stay a truly memorable one. We would thoroughly recommend these first class retreats to other TravelAdvisor members.

We went here for our 25th wedding anniversary,Very nice relaxing and well decorated little accomodation,I must say the website has a lot of pictures near the river,which gives the illusion that they are closer to the river than they are.You can't actually get to the river unless you drive down on the main road.While they are very nice inside,the outside area could do with some TLC.Whilst this is a lovely place to stay I think a little overpriced,other people may beg to differ but I take my reviews seriously on TripAdvisor for others benefit

When we turned up got a grumpy greeting "thought you were coming earlier" from the host. We were very let down in the fact that we were not able to get a massage package for our stay even after we had asked for this in our booking as we were really looking forward to this as had really high reviews. Very nice place relaxing and romantic loved that part of it just missed out on massage. Very accommodating for dietary requirements with breakfast

How do you describe paradise? How do you impart thanks to strangers who in just under 48 hours helped to set about changing in your life.?
River view retreat is magical. Wink and Michael - the magicians.
We came as distant friends, to be celebrating 365 cancer free days for my husband....now needing time to discuss the cruel blow at day 363 of a reoccurrence... How would we tell our young children, what; if anything could be done.
From our first contact with Wink we knew Rivers view would be something special, but nothing prepared us for how breathtakingly perfect our experience was.
Molly's hideaway opened its double glass doors to us and enveloped us in warm colours and rich textures. Gentle music greeted us and our senses and emotions were over whelmed. Luxury king size bed with rose petals in the shape of a heart surrounding beautifully wrapped chocolates. Stunning bath room with spa for two, double shower and silk robes. Wonderfully appointed kitchen, yummy breakfast supplies, beautiful flowers, breathtaking view.
Wink is a goddess, she is kind , considerate, a brilliant cook and masseuse and a spectacular host..
Michael was welcoming and witty and gave us more than a few laughs, we loved trap shooting and the fascinating history and information that accompanied it..
THIS IS NOT TO BE MISSED- great fun. Not to mention a bit of healthy marital competition ! ( ps I won by the way)
We bought very little food with us, just a few treats .
Wink made sure we were well fed and looked after, we can highly recommend her beautiful meals bought to your room with a smile and served with love. Adored the choices- and felt so special to be waited on and fussed over.
And the massages!!!! Oh yummmm this is a must - toasty warm little room that invites you to relax as any stresses and worries are eased away. Bliss.
We rested, we chatted, we laughed, we cried.... we reconnected.
Thank you Wink and Michael, your paradise has given us the re charged and connection we needed to fight the next battle ahead. We can't wait to come back next year to celebrate the next 365 days cancer free.

Our tips.... Bring your Pj's for lazing about after massages and spas.
Amazing DVD,CD,VCR,TV, set up bring along your favourite to watch as you snuggle in your VERY comfy HUGE bed.
Don't bring your computer/lap top etc... Just be, listen to nature, watch the sunset and remember what it used to be like together.
When ever and where ever possible let Wink and Michael spoil you ... - yes you would love room service - yes you would love trap shooting - YES of course you would love a massage!! - and YES we can't wait to come To come back.
