We were very fortunate that this place was available for the busy Australia Day weekend. The cabins are surprisingly large and well spaced apart. Although starting to show their age, they are well appointed, scrupulously clean and well maintained. The spotless paths around the cottage, great undercover parking for 2 cars (plus plenty of other space for boat etc.) are excellent. Nice bushland setting with pleasant views, but a fair way from the river itself. Probably better suited to families, but also quite reasonable for a couple like us. Quite well situated with easy access to both Renmark & Berri. Having to empty bins and clean up might help save costs, but is probably a bit "yesterday". Nonetheless, pretty good and we'd go back.

A lovely bushland setting on the outskirts of Berri. Our Redgum cottage was surprisingly large with three bedrooms and a good sized lounge/kitchen/dining area. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The surrounding veranda gave us plenty of places to sit for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the afternoon enjoying nature. We were expecting the river to be a little closer with possibly a view from the cottage so were a little disappointed to find that wasn’t the case however it didn’t stop us enjoying our week. The four cottages would be a fantastic place for a family reunion or getaway with a group of friends as they are well spaced giving you privacy but also close enough to spend time together. Gaynor was very friendly and helpful but also respectful of our space. I would definitely recommend Riverbush Cottages to anyone wanting time away to recharge their batteries.

I have revisited Riverbush with my new dog. Gaynor keeps these cottages clean and inviting. I enjoy staying here and recommend it for families with or without pets. The fully equipped kitchen and large living area make it a great place to relax or entertain. It’s a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the scenery, sunrise, sunsets and the local magpies.

We chose to book all four cottages for three nights for a family get-together for my wife's special birthday, The reviews looked superb! First impressions matched the reviews as the units were immaculately presented, perfectly clean and with everything you could ever desire on a holiday. The decor and ambience created provided both warmth and character. This was the start of even better things, as we discovered our own private landing and using the resources provided (together with our own boat), the grandchildren were able to try their hand at water activities. At night we enjoyed a bonfire with ample timber available on the adjoining scrub. Clearly, the proprietors have an excellent understanding of traveler holiday requirements and the many extras such as fire pit, playground, private boat landing, and kayaks made this a great experience as well as a very comfortable one for all. We could not fault the personal attention to our needs. The property and cottages are a credit to the owners and we felt great value for money. We had a memorable holiday and we will be back!
