Kate the host is a beautiful friendly lady very welcoming and so helpful. Very prompt with communication. Met us on arrival and showed us through our room and all the amenities. Such a serene relaxing place to stay, just what we needed. Everything was high quality. All the little touches were of a high standard. We stayed in the Billabong apartment and had the indulgence package and were totally spoilt. The scenery was so relaxing. Will be booking again, absolutely. ❤️

We stayed in the Billabong room, for a couples getaway. The breakfast supplied was all lovely local brands and produce, fresh and delicious. We had the indulgence package snd were totally spoilt! The bed was comfortable and the room well set up. The rooms are located in the back of the private property in the midst of beautiful trees and wildlife. Gorgeous view for breakfast with floor to ceiling windows. Kate was a helpful and accommodating host, with a cheerful disposition. Our stay was cancelled once due to COVID and she was prompt with replies and helpful with rebooking us. Great location for local wineries and eating. Loved the stirling markets and laneways, host most helpful with information about what’s on in the area. Would definitely recommend.

We chose the ‘indulgence package’ which we thought excellent value - indeed, we were still enjoying the delicious peanut brittle 10days later! The package, beautifully presented, is great showcasing of local produce & a perfect start to our first interstate ‘Covid’ holiday. We appreciated Kates warm welcome & thoughtful welcoming touches: flowers, biscuits & choc caramels - which Helen topped up when we ran out! Loved the cleverly & tastefully designed small space (we were in the ‘Billabong’ room), the stack of DVDs, quality glassware & china, soft enveloping bathrobes & the 2-way opening windows (all screened).

After having to cancel my earlier planned visit because of the COVID19 restrictions I was excited to rebook for winter with the free night offer. As a single lady traveller this was perfect as I felt safe and at ease the whole time. It was lovely to meet Kate who showed me around The Dunes room I’d booked and indulged my over excitement at the bird art on the walls. There is everything you could need with ANZAC bickies and caramels to treat yourself, ample breakfast provisions and the luxurious Jurlique shampoo in the bathroom (so good I took the short trip to Jurlique Farm to buy some) it’s easy to explore the local towns and walks or stay in, cook for yourself and chill out on the couch. I know it might look like a romantic couples get away but trust me, single cat ladies can enjoy staying here just as much (maybe more) and I will definitely be back in the future.

Cladich Pavilions is an excellent property for a stay. Very comfortable and the manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location in Aldgate seemed a bit suburban but the units are out the back and quite secluded. It is a short drive to Hahndorf and other hills destinations. We recommend this property without hesitation.
