How could we not be impressed with Mount Quincan Crater Retreat? The setting is perfect and the welcome, warm muffins and knitted booties added to the good first impression, The cabin was well equiped, fantastic provisions for breakfast and with plenty of logs for the fire - which we needed due to the rain. We were lucky that on the...

Absolutely loved Mt Quincan. I recommend at least 3 nights to allow time to unwind and really embrace what this resort has to offer. It's the perfect amount of seclusion and very romantic. I also booked one of the Romance packages which as an amazing addition.

Surroundings and views were beautiful and the wildlife was very friendly. Revolving wood fire added a nice touch but no point trying to light it unless you have a lot of patience with damp wood. Included breakfasts were great, a little on the small side for two people but still enjoyable. Had all requirements just like home!

All the little extras were also a nice touch :0) We spotted two tree roos on the crater walk & had a pair of possums visit us both nights on the deck which was fun. Would highly recommend...
