We stayed 3 nights at Birds n' Bloom in the 3-bedroom cottage. It's very well appointed and spacious, close to the township centre and close to Paterson Creek where we were lucky enough to see the platypus twice! You can follow the sun and have breakfast on the eastern verandah and dinner on the western one. Everything was spotless. We made good use of all the facilities such as the slow-combustion heater, TV/Netflix, wifi, cooker, coffee machine etc. Thank you for the delicious biscuits, citrus and port! We were sorry to leave and would love to stay again next time we visit the Atherton Tablelands. Danielle

My wife and I overnighted for the Yungaburra markets. We had booked for March but Covid put paid to that and we were offered the cottage in July (our choice). The cottage was within easy walking distance of the markets and down a quiet street backing onto a green reserve. It was absolutely spotless and had everything we wished for. You name it, it was there - including the carafe of port for a bedtime drinkie! We had a very comfortable night here and will definitely use it again when we are visiting .

We only stayed for a night a Birds n Bloom, but I wish we had stayed more. The 2 bedroom unit was equipped, with everything that you needed to cook a beautiful meal. The beautiful thought of the biscuits on arrival were lovely also. Beautiful and clean room and bathrooms, with the enjoyment of Austar as well. Highly recommend

What a wonderful place! Immaculate, with everything you could possibly need (including fast and reliable WiFi - a godsend when keeping in touch with family back home!) Only had time for a 4 night stay whilst touring Queensland from the UK, but wished it could have been longer... Many thanks Gina for making us so welcome😊

Staying here at present and absolutely couldn’t be happy. Yungaburra is a really small town to visit but this excellent cottage style accommodation makes it even better. Staying in the two bedroom cottage, beautifully decorated, bathrooms are huge and breakfast on the back deck is the highlight of the day. Host is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area as she is a long term resident. Wish we could stay longer.
