We only stayed for a night a Birds n Bloom, but I wish we had stayed more. The 2 bedroom unit was equipped, with everything that you needed to cook a beautiful meal. The beautiful thought of the biscuits on arrival were lovely also. Beautiful and clean room and bathrooms, with the enjoyment of Austar as well. Highly recommend

We stayed 3 nights at Birds n' Bloom in the 3-bedroom cottage. It's very well appointed and spacious, close to the township centre and close to Paterson Creek where we were lucky enough to see the platypus twice! You can follow the sun and have breakfast on the eastern verandah and dinner on the western one. Everything was spotless. We made good use of all the facilities such as the slow-combustion heater, TV/Netflix, wifi, cooker, coffee machine etc. Thank you for the delicious biscuits, citrus and port! We were sorry to leave and would love to stay again next time we visit the Atherton Tablelands.

We had the great pleasure of staying in the brand new 3 bedroom spa house. Everything you need is provided. Gina is a great host & runs a very friendly, professional business.
Great to receive daily text messages from Sandra & Benny, enquiring if we needed anything . Other self contained establishments we have previously stayed at, just service the room once a week. It was a lovely & personal touch to get those texts.
The house is immaculate with beautiful furnishings . It was great to come back after a day of exploring the Tablelands to enjoy the spa
bath & then relax in the back outdoor entertaning area admiring the sunset.
As previously mentioned by many reviewers the port that is provided is exquisite & a great extra special thought by Gina.
We will definitely stay again on our next visit.
Thank you so much Gina, Benny & Sandra

I visited the Birds 'n' Bloom Cottages with a couple of girlfriends for a little trip to the Tablelands and all I can say is WOW! What a gorgeous spot, so spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. I could not have been happier. I had a large bedroom with ensuite and our friends also enjoyed their rooms in the second and third bedrooms. The patio out the back overlooks gorgeous gardens with birds to greet you as you wake up. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, or if you are not up for cooking the Yungaurra Pub is a short stroll across the park. The photos do not do this place justice!!

We had an amazing stay at Birds'n 'Blooms cottages. The views in the lush settings were just wonderful. The quite country setting was only interrupted by a large variety birdlife. A real treat.
The property was spotless and you can tell that there has been a great detail of attention to detail to ensure everything we needed was at our fingertips. I highly recommend.

My wife and I overnighted for the Yungaburra markets. We had booked for March but Covid put paid to that and we were offered the cottage in July (our choice).
The cottage was within easy walking distance of the markets and down a quiet street backing onto a green reserve. It was absolutely spotless and had everything we wished for. You name it, it was there - including the carafe of port for a bedtime drinkie! We had a very comfortable night here and will definitely use it again when we are visiting .

We stayed in the 3 bedroom spa house. It was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were able to relax for a couple of days and explore the area. The cottage is within easy walking distance to the centre of town, where you can grab a meal. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing few days.

This was a slice of paradise. My husband had been away for 7 weeks and we wanted to get away, disconnect and wind down. We have three children and we all fit in the 2 bedroom cottage. The indoor and outdoor space were perfect for connecting as a family, we loved sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful view. We also loved the spa! We will happily and eagerly return.

After being extremely disappointed with the accommodation we had arranged for our holiday, we called into Birds 'n' Bloom with the hope of finding something more suitable for us for 3 nights. Needless to say, we were delighted when we were greeted by the owner Nick who offered to show us the cottage before we made the booking. We were absolutely blown away when we walked through the place - not only was it beautiful and impeccably clean, it was extremely cosy with all the creature comforts and felt more like we were staying at someones house rather than a cottage. We felt at home immediately. It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind and is only a short walk to Nick's restaurant and the town. Furthermore, everything worked! We had no troubles with the internet connection (which is free) and all the electrical items worked without fault. This fact alone, plus how impeccably clean it was puts this place above most 5 star hotels. Very impressive - We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Nick and Gina, you are one of a kind!

What fantastic hosts Gina & Nick are. Hospitality comes naturally to them both. The cottage is very well equipped and in the heart of Yungaburra walking distance to quaint shops a true Aussie pub and Nick @ Ginas own restaurant "Nicks", an institution on the Tablelands. We were lucky enough to stay during the Oktoberfest.. Amazing food, great atmosphere and fantastic attentive staff. Walked 109m down the road to a rainforest stream sat in the bank with a few cold ciders and were welcomed by a normally shy and elusive Platypus! Overall a top spot to spend as much time as you can spare!
