This is a smaller local motel with about 12 or so rooms. Our room was reasonably sized with plenty of space for our visit, clean and comfortable - there is a table and chairs on the verandah that is great for sunset watching.
Nicely set back from the main road makes this a quiet location.

It is a short walk into the main village where there is a pub and a couple of restaurants or Nick's Italian which is barely more than few steps away.

We didnt use it but there isa covered BBQ area and seating.

Loved our 2 day stay here! Check in was friendly, quick and efficient with Nicky and Richard very focused on making us feel welcome and informing us not only about our accomodation but also the town and nearby attractions.

The room was pretty and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and lots of convenient surfaces. It was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. We liked having the taps and basin in the kitchenette area. The bathroom was an adequate size with plentiful hotwater.

There are several lovely restaurants and cafes nearby as well as the big friendly country hotel. We definitely reccommend staying there as the location is perfect for travelling on in any direction and quiet and restful for relaxing after a long day's drive.

Yungaburra park motel.
Whilst we never met the owner face to face due to our arrival and departure times, exemplary communication and courtesy.
This place is right in the guts of town & certainly a great stop for weekenders. (As an FYI, I called ‘the more fancied’ first & they scoffed at my last minute request suggesting they are booked in advance for some months. When I see where they are located off street at the back and lacking sunlight, compared to the natural light of this place, I scoffed & was very happy with my decision to support this excellent accommodation).
We walked 2mins to the pub and had markets next door to us the next day. Could not ask for better.
As for the room, it was great. Shower was strong hot water. Pillows were good. Linen clean. Big room.
Would also suit a business traveller as bench and place to place to type exists. No negatives from us. We will definitely be back & aim for market day.

Yungaburra is a very pretty little town and the motel is very well-situated to explore it. The older style motel was good value for the cost; it was a big comfortable room with a breakfast bar and a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and flexibile re the check in and check out procedures, which worked really well.

The rooms are a little older but it didn’t matter, they were so clean and cosy and so much room. Cleaning staff are great, the way the towels are folded etc very professional and welcoming. Hot shower with great water pressure. Beautiful little balcony out the front to enjoy a beer and look at the garden and flowers. Excellent location, within walking distance to restaurants/pub etc (nicks Italian and pizzaria 2 mins walk away and devine)
Within walking distance or a very short drive to see the platypus (one played in front of me for a good 15 mins). We loved our stay and will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit the region.

The Yungaburra Park motel is an excellent motel in Yungaburra. The bathroom and kitchen share a sink which is slightly unconventional. Tv outdated and could use some more storage space...BUT..on the whole, it is an affordable and comfortable place to stay on holiday. Only a short walk to many natural attractions, cafes and shops. We have stayed at the Yungaburra Park motel before and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay every time. Overall, a very nice motel and would highly recommend you stay if you are in Yungaburra 😀

Larger than usual rooms. Microwave, cutlery, mugs and glasses & kettle. Breakfast bar. 3 stools. Nice absorbent towels and facecloths. Small cupboard, air conditioning a bit noisy but functional, Queen bed ( on the firm side but not too bad-ice got a bad back and I could take it no worries. + single with two pillows each. One large fan. and two seater sofa in room. Small Table with two chairs on veranda outside room.. good quality shower gel/ shampoo & soap( nice touch) iron, good quality tv and ironing board. Very friendly owners and they accepted my assistance dog to stay. ( prior arranged on approval only... limited rooms). Poor reception wifi but adequate powerpoints in room for chargers etc. Clean rooms and bathroom/ toilet. Hot shower.

Overall good stay and excellent location for festival. Walking distance to practically everywhere. We came last year and have booked ahead for next year. There’s no pool but we spent the whole time enjoying the festival.

A good country motel. Not flash but certainly not daggy either.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Looking forward to next year.

We enjoyed our stay here, under new management who are very helpful & welcoming.
Had only planned to stay for 1 night but stayed on for another.
Older style spacious rooms, basic but very clean & comfortable... with some basic kitchen appliances,& crockery supplied.Parking right at the front of your room.
Lovely gazebo area in the grounds where we sat & had a drink & nibbles.
Location is excellent with cafes,& hotel only a few minutes flat walk away.
River & platypus viewing area a few minutes walk as well.
We would return , Yungaburra is a lovely town & this motel is ideally located for exploring on foot.

The motel is set in beautiful gardens on a quiet road, short walk to restaurants, cafe, and nice old pub. There's a playground in easy walking distance too. Big room, good hot shower, comfortable beds. The place is older, but beautifully presented, clean, and tidy. It doesn't seem old. Staff are great. Love to go there again.

Absolutely love staying here. The check in was easy and the lady in office was very friendly. This is my third time staying at this motel and it meets all my needs. Very spacious rooms and clean and tide. They even had chocolates on my bed. (Winning) . I also am traveling with my little dog who is welcomed and allowed to stay in room with me.
The only negative for myself would the size of the TV (my eyes aren’t as good as they used to be) ;-) But overall a very pleasant motel with multiple tourist attractions nearby. I will continue to visit annually.
