Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After not camping for many years, I have to say I am converted. Wonderful location, fantastic facilities. Perfect Host’s.. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for the waterfront views. Well worth it and leave all your worldly troubles at the gate. Facilities Clean and close to all the local attractions. We stayed through the week, so it was very quiet which made it extra special.

Stayed at this caravan park for a few days. The amenities were great and always clean. The camping area near the river was awesome. As we wanted power, our site was near the cabin and not an easy one to get onto. Other sites were much better than what we had. I'd definitely go to the river sites if I go there again

Would recommend this park for anyone looking to stay near Stanthorpe. Quick and easy drive to Stanthorpe. Lovely clean amenities. We stayed for 4 nights in a powdered site. Nice big drive through site with plenty of space to park your car as well. Located at the bottom of the park are the unpowered sites with the Severn River along side them.

This would have been a good park to stay at if it wasn't for their septic system which smelt atrocious depending on the wind direction. There were a few near misses where my wife and I came close to throwing up and looking around the campsite other guests were in the same predicament.

Thanks for our lovely 2 night stay in a powered van site. The park is beautifully maintained with clean amenities and camp kitchen/Bbq areas. An amazing place to stay which is very close to Girraween National park. Will come back and recommend to family and friends 😊

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great park with easy drive through sites. We chose a powered site but there is also unpowered by the river which looked popular. The amenities were spotless at all times. Fires allowed (bring your own fire pit) and the sites by the river have permanent fire pits. There is a large well equipped camp kitchen that was always clean and tidy. Each powered site had its own rubbish bin that was emptied each day. Wonderful bird life throughout the park. We walked down to the river to watch the sunset with a wine. Very peaceful, not much road noise from the highway which was great. A really great park to base yourself when exploring the granite belt. Would definitely stay again when travelling through the area.

Lovely park with good facilities. Very handy to Giraween NP. We had a very nice powered site for our caravan. Camp kitchen is very well equipped for campers. Can recommend Ballandean Tavern for a great meal and only a short drive away.

A great little caravan park just south of Stanthorpe. Large sites and clean amenities. Ben looked after all our needs. The surrounding area provides plenty to do: wineries, scenery, cheese, apple juice and much more. Try the outstanding restaurant at the Queensland Wine Tourism college. We'd return.

A lovely, peaceful park! Had a great check-in experience and overnight stay. The only thing that would improve it would be to place a code lock on the women's toilets to help us feel safe when in there showering etc.
