Travellers' Choice
Our thirty-seven-acre property at Granite Gardens offers guests the choice of three well-appointed, self-contained cottages and a retreat. Each one is nestled amongst five acres of established gardens and manicured lawns with stunning views of the surrounding gardens and lake. Granite Gardens is perfectly situated, being just a short distance from the wonderful cellar doors and restaurants this unique region has to offer. All accommodation is generously stocked with locally sourced breakfast provisions, a complimentary cheese board and homemade sweets. The cottages include a corner spa to remove the aches and pains of a day in Girraween National Park and from May to October, the fireplaces provide an added cosy atmosphere and warmth to your stay. The retreat is spacious and comfortable, with a large air-conditioner to provide warmth in winter. It is an easily accessible, single level contemporary studio with a full-sized lounge upon which to relax and take in the views.

Absolutely beautifully appointed cottages in a beautiful location. It was so quiet and what a gorgeous view to wake up to out to the lake. The bed was super comfy and the cottage had everything you needed. Thank you to Lynne for the delicious Rocky Road! The breakfast & snack hamper far exceeded expectations. Thanks to Chris for the extra firewood for our enthusiastic fire-loving friend and for the lovely welcome and tour of facilities. It was just what we wanted - cosy, quiet and well appointed. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed studio cottages with spa bath and fireplace surrounded by bushland overlooking a pretty little lake. Lynne and Chris are very welcoming hosts that went above and beyond to make our anniversary weekend special.

Chris and Lynn and Scout the beautiful spaniel dog gave us a very warm welcome and after a friendly chat escorted us to our cabin which was fresh and clean the fireplace was set ready to light, The fridge was stocked with all fresh local bacon, eggs, and cheese And the best home made rocky road. We booked a half day guided wine and brewery tour with Roxane from Wild Cat Tracks which Lynn suggested which was great value.we really enjoyed our stay there Thanks Chris and Lynn.

Chris and Lynn were wonderful hosts (as was there friendly little doggo). Beautiful location - SO quiet... and the lack of 4G on the property made us disconnect (which we really needed) Great breakfast supples ands daily top ups of the firewood, good proximity to everything Stanthorpe has to offer whilst keeping you off the beaten track so you can enjoy the silence.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Granite Gardens Cottages. The hosts Chris and Lynn were very helpful but then left us alone to enjoy the cottage and the surrounding country side. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The food provided for the breakfast hamper was of excellent quality and much of it was locally sourced. The fire was most welcome on a cold rainy day. A beautiful and peaceful setting in an interesting area of Queensland.
