Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After driving up and down the main street of St George and reviewing some other reviews I decided to stay here for the night. $20 got me a shady spot for my swag along with a swim in the pool and very clean toilet amenities.
The other campers (all in vans) were very friendly and invited me to join them for happy hour drinks next to the pool. I declined as I was just about to cook my own dinner and enjoy what was left of the natural light so I could finish reading my book.
I was planning on staying a few nights but had some battery problems with my car and ended up packing up early Saturday morning and returning to Brisbane. Wish I could have stayed as I really enjoyed the friendly nature of the park. They also had cabins but were fully booked out. great amenities including camp kitchen and laundry. $4 for either washing machine or dryer. $2 for washing powder if needed. Also plenty of hand sanitiser around the place.

This is the best caravan park we have stayed in. It doesn't have the bells and whistles like the big franchise parks.
But it does have:
# the cleanest amenities we have seen
# the best shower set up. Each shower has a sliding glass door which ensures that the change area is always dry.
# Happy hour evey day with garlic bread cooked in a pizza oven.
# it has a kiosk which serves excellent coffee, milk shakes, cakes etc.
# The owners are a fantastic couple and great managers.
We highly recommend this caravan park

Pulled in here for just 1 night on our way south. Friendly greeting at Reception and shown to our site which was great. Lovely grassy drive through site. Only a small park but beautifully kept and reasonably priced. The amenities would have to be some of the cleanest we have seen on our travels - showers have screen doors and plenty of places to hang clothes whilst showering. All in all a peaceful overnight stop - highly recommended.

Located near to the town centre on the main road, this is a well managed and well presented caravan park. It is neat and tidy with plenty of green grass: most welcome if you have arrived from further west. It has excellent amenities and coffee is available on site. They have wifi and mobile coverage is good. There is a daily happy hour gathering for guests - snacks provided.

Great park. The best and cleanest amenities. Having a shower screen in the shower cubicle is a great idea saves getting everything wet. Brenda and Wade went over and above for us. Happy hour around the fire was the best. Would stay again.

Clean, friendly and convenient rest stop. Check in process was easy with the owners happy to recommend local places for dinner. The amenities were clean, plenty of hot water, music playing in the background. There is a small plunge pool to cool off in. There is also a coffee place on site.

Fantastic!! Phoned and booked a cabin, Sharon was very friendly and helpful on the phone and even nicer when we arrived, very knowledgeable and a very warm genuine woman. The cabin was very clean, heater worked well, bed was comfy, good quality linen. The amenities are very clean with fresh bath mats for use. The shower was amazing, good water pressure, nice and hot and so clean, not messy as the shower doors keep the dressing area clean and dry.

What an amazing park, hosts Sharron, John & Amanda are incredible nothing is a problem, so willing to help, beautiful clean amenities great hot water & pressure, onsite coffee shop, Coffee is so nice and very reasonably price, small pool with water jets, very relaxing, onsite dog wash added bonus. Happy hours around the campfire is so nice, great way to meet fellow travellers and share stories. Park is well maintained with either concrete or grassed sites. We will definitely return, if you are in St George do yourself a favour and stay in this beautiful park.

It is a quick easy walk into town to shops, hotels and some local attractions. They have great customer service and also have a happy hour each day at 5pm if you wish to join in. There is also a coffee van on site and a pool. We stayed in the roomy 2 bedroom self contained cabin.

Has to be one of the nicest caravan parks we have been to. Spotlessly clean, well organised ( Wade even guides you o your spot when you arrive ) and close to everything in St George. The little decorative details in the amenities, in the kitchen around the pool area as well as all the pot plants and well watered grass areas reflect the pride taken by the hosts/ managers. Cannot recommend highly enough.
