This was an amazing place to stay and after reviewing all motels I believe this is the best price for money for those looking for a 5-star modern place to stay. the owner/manager and staff were very friendly and excellent and nothing too hard to assist. The condiments and extras in the room were what you would expect in a major city 5-star hotel. We have traveled the outback for 14 days and many towns in 3,500klm and this would have to be our best stay. Do yourself a favor and stay there and don't use the booking companies, but go direct, save and ensure the money stays in Australia and the owner gets all and you will also find it will be cheaper to go direct, Great stay thanks

This is my first trip to Roma in over 20 years. I was surprised how much the town had grown. Like this hotel, the town is clean, neat and a great place to visit. We booked the family suite - 2 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, dining room, small kitchen and small outdoor balcony. The price was about $260 a night so cheaper than two hotel rooms for the four of us. Our room was nicely furnished and beds were really comfortable, I can't stress that enough, usually I wake up with a sore back and hate hotel beds, this one was amazingly comfortable. Our room was also very quiet which helped us get a good nights rest. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They have a coin operated washing machine and dryer on site too, It is a really nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Roma.

Clean, tidy unit at the back of the motel. The Family room came with 2 bedrooms, which was great for our family of 2 parents and 2 teenagers. Wifi was good, and the room comes equipped with kitchenette and full- sized fridge/freezer.

My only complaint with the room was with the shower. Very low water pressure and the water was either freezing cold or boiling hot. There was no such thing as “warm” with this shower, which was disappointing after a long day on the road.

We stayed overnight while on a road trip around the state. The motel is situated on the Carnarvon Highway on the outskirts of Roma township. It’s a good location for getting a head start to Carnarvon Gorge in the morning, but it isn’t walking distance into Roma - you’ll need to drive in.

Such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. We were welcomed by a friendly female staff member on our arrival in the early evening and advised of several places for dinner. Our room was clean, great hot water and such a comfortable bed. We ordered room service breakfast for the next morning and it was delicious, arriving on time and hot, which was a great start to our long journey that day. We will definately recommend this motor inn to anyone traveling through Roma Thank you

Friendly greeting and helpful recommendations about the nearby eateries for dinner.

Rooms were modern, clean and spacious.

The bathrooms were huge and had good lighting. Small bar of normal soap and other toiletries were provided. Thankyou.

Good location, although front rooms could suffer from traffic noise.

All in all, very enjoyable stay. Setting a high standard in Roma.

The experience at Check-in was excellent, with some local information which assisted in helping choose a pleasant place to eat. The Room was of a very high standard, & also very clean. Bed very comfortable, and Room was well sealed from any outside passing traffic noise. We would highly recommend your Inland Motel at Roma.

Stayed there in late a June 2020, during a cold snap. All rooms have air conditioning, but in the room of one of the couples in our group, the air con did not work - the temperature was set as high as 30 degrees with the fan on full, but the room didn’t warm up and the unit stopped after an hour’s operation. Outside, and inside temperature was 5 degrees.
When this was reported the following day, no apology, no offer of discount; just a ‘we’ll look into it’. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, we’ll try the motel next door on our next trip.

On our way back from Carnarvon Gorge we spent the night here. Our plans changed and we came back a day early and staff were happy to move our booking to a night earlier. The family 2 bedroom unit we had was very spacious with a full size fridge / freezer and kitchen with a 2 element cooktop. The unit also had a dining room and two large lounge chairs. Both bedrooms also had cupboards with desks. The master had a television too. Beautifully furnished. We stayed in a room at the back so a lovely nights sleep in a comfy bed with no traffic noise. 5 stars!!

We were on our back to Brisbane from the outback ( Winton/Longreach) and this motel was a great place to stop after a 6 hr plus drive. The City Centre is just a walk away, so a great location. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room VERY clean. We couldn't have asked for more and have no hesitation in recommending this We didn't eat here but with hindsight would have been very happy to do so based on the menu supplied.
