I stayed here for four nights with my sister and we were really impressed. Very well situated with wonderful restaurants and amenities in easy walk distance. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, luxurious, with everything we could have needed. And so quiet! I especially appreciated being able to hire a pool towel at a ve reasonable price to enjoy the lovely heated pool. Highly recommended.

Our visit to M1 Maroochydore was fantastic and extremely accommodating by the manager. Nothing was a problem regarding access to pool towels and extra ammenities for our apartment, ie washing powder and extra dish wash powder. Our apartment was impressive with a split level aspect with high ceilings overlooking a canal and walkway. This Modern apartment had a wonderful covered huge deck with outdoor furniture. We loved having our 5pm drinks outside listening to the birds in the trees. 10 minutes to the Sunshine Plaza and dining, plus 5min to Ocean street dining. We stayed 6 nights and throughly enjoyed what Maroochydore had to offer.

Stayed Feb 22 in a 2bed 2bath apt 806. Overlooking the Creek,.which still offered a nice outlook as opposed to the River or Hinterland views From 1st contact with Katrina & her team , to checkin to checkout could not be faulted. Secure underground parking Secure access to apt Large open plan living. In this particular apartment each bedroom on either side of living made for a nice private concept if another couple with ease to the 2nd bathroom. Ensuite had a spa bath. Both bathrooms walkin showers Kitchen equipped with everything needed even a pod coffee machine Washing machine & dryer Large outdoor balcony. As they are privately owned decor will differ with each apt, 806 was tastfully decorated with a nice comfy 1x2 & 1x3 seater lounge ample room if 4guests. Extra pillows & a blanket another bonus, not just a doona my pet peeve. Biggest kudos to the cleaning staff. Apt was spotless. Loved the area which offers a short 4-5min walk to either the Duporth Tavern or the RSL with other small eateries in between A local Woolworths 3min walk away. Over three visits of varied length, from late 2022 to early 2023, I found M1 Resort ideal. The location was central to a number of convenience stores, parks, beaches and restaurants. The management and service staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, with the building's facilities always easily accessible and clean. Happy with my three stays and will always be happy to recommend M1 Resort to family and friends, thank you.

We went for a trip around QLD- and this was our highlight of our holiday. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms were large, spacious and really clean. The kitchen and balcony were huge and had everything we needed (bonus big laundry). The location was spot on for our needs. We stayed in a three bedroom and it was the size of a normal home- so felt really comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back!

What a fantastic resort. Stayed here from 16/12/21 - 24/12/21 in room 806 (2 Bedroom Apartment). The apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. Being able to relax on the balcony was also great.
The pool facilities were fantastic and not very busy which was a plus. Although we didn't use the gym, it appeared to be well equipped.
The location of the Resort is also great, being just next door to the Big Top Shopping Centre and a multitude of restaurants. The Sunshine Plaza, Cotton Tree Shops and Maroochydoore Beach are all within a comfortable walking distance.
Staff were also super friendly and even held our bags for us when we checked out. The resort is also incredibly affordable. I would return to M1 resort in a heartbeat.

Perfect location for our father's day weekend away. We were super impressed with the size of the balcony and the quality of the overall unit. Location was accessible to many restaurants, supermarket, grog shop and walking along beach front & park.
Beds were comfortable and loved that there was a coffee machine & kitchen items available. ( for those that like to prepare some of the meals)
Having 2 car spaces was a bonus.
Would certainly come back.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment for 6 night, five adults. Right on river and fantastic apartment views of river with access to private jetty for the river. Sea views great balcony. The very best of everything in this massive apartment. Very comfortable beds pillows large ensuite walk in robe just the best place to stay. Katrina was great to deal with. Secure parking close to the restaurant’s and shops a few minutes walk. No traffic noise highly recommend this very excellent apartment.

Another lovely apartment this time in 707, with same expectations & did not disappoint. Again a lovely apt. 2bed 2 bath, large living area, good size bedrooms. Would like to have had a King bed as used to them. But never the less comfortable enough. My biggest Kudo for this resort would have to go to the cleaners. Absolutely spotless, even the balcony which can sometimes be missed as we have experienced b4 & in major chains. The lovely Katrina is still welcoming guests. Secure car space. Secure entry into building & the lifts. Woolworths, Duporth Tavern & RSL all with an easy walk along with other eateries. We used to stay at another block of apartments in Maroochy but M1 is our now go to place Thank you Team M1 another enjoyable relaxing stay

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, secure car parking, barbecue available, very quiet at night, close to supermarket and malls. Our dryer didn't work, reported it to the duty manager, who was lovely and let us dry our washing in an adjacent apartment. However she said it would be sorted the next day and we never heard back from her, followed up with phone message but no response. The reception was closed during our whole stay so nobody to talk to. Due to the humidity outside it takes days for the beach towels & clothes to dry. You have to provide everything yourself, it would be good to have basics like salt & pepper provide but these are minor issues. It is however a great base to explore the Sunshine coast.
