Spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was also in an excellent location, close to restaurants, the beach, the surf club, a major shopping centre AND fabulous views looking straight out to the ocean, along the coast and river mouth with mountain views, and along the coast to Caloundra from the balconies. Good secure undercover parking and friendly staff. 10/10! I wish we could have stayed longer......we will next time!!!

Great location in easy walking distance to the sandy beach, surf club, cafes and restaurants. 3 Bed apartment had views of the ocean with ducted aircon throughout. Two balconies utilised the sun for drying clothes even though we had a good functioning clothes dryer in the apartment. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were spacious as was the lounge/dining/kitchen area. Well appointed apartment with everything you could need for a short or long stay. I would suggest though that the water filtration system/ice dispenser on the fridge be serviced/cleaned as black stuff was coming out. Other than that the place was clean, airy and wonderful. Having 2 secured carparks was great. The pool was good for the young grandchildren. Definitely would return.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The penthouse is three stories of sheer opulence and grandeur. If you ever are in Maroochydore, this is THE place to stay. From the massive lounge and living areas to the 8 person spa on the roof, compete with BBQ and outdoor kitchen You will want for nothing here and if you ever get around to going out, the Maroochy surf club is half a block away and you get discounted membership for reduced costs on meals and drinks. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Aqua Vista is our favourite accommodation in Maroochydore. We have stayed in numerous apartments and they are all well appointed. Plenty of room for single or multiple families. The proximity to both the surf beach and the still water creek makes its location ideal for all ages. The nearby shopping area with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and small businesses is great and makes the need to drive anywhere almost unnecessary. Great walking, cycling tracks and playgrounds nearby. Helpful staff. Sue R

We have been holidaying at Aqua Vista for our annual family beach holiday for the last seven years (along with many other short stays throughout the year) because nothing compares to this magical spot and it makes the perfect place to holiday with family and friends.
The location is second to none. A short walk to the main beach or if you’re got little ones, a manageable walk to the mouth of the river, there are a great range of swimming options for families.
Also within walking distance is a great range of eating options from Fish and Chips, Thai, Japanese, Indian and Italian. And for those not shy of a slightly further walk, Ocean Street provides even more family friendly dining options. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen facilities in apartments also makes eating in a breeze.
But what sets Aqua Vista Resort apart from the rest is the resort complex itself. Edwin and Debora, the resort managers, are friendly, more than accommodating and work tirelessly to present the resort immaculately. They really do make you feel apart of the Aqua Vista Resort Family.
The resort’s facilities of heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and theatre are perfect for families. The barbecue area adjoining the pool is also great for entertaining and catching up with friends and family.
The apartments are clean, modern and very spacious, providing plenty of room for all those extras like scooters, boogie boards and sporting equipment that families often take away on holidays.
Without a doubt, Aqua Vista Resort is the perfect spot for a family holiday and our ‘Aqua Vista babies’ (as Debora likes to call them) can’t wait until our next stay.

Stayed here for two nights at short notice - the unit was very roomy, with good living areas, kitchen and balcony. On level 3 we had a partial view of the ocean in several directions as well as sunset. Alll amenties were in good condition, pool was heated, great in May.

We booked a few rooms at the Aqua Vista for us and members of our wedding party and family and guests to celebrate our wedding. Under the many restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus, the church service along with the celebration at the local surf club were cancelled. When we were limited to 5 with no guests, we decided to hold the wedding at the Aqua Vista. Ed and Debora, the managers there, were so helpful in accomodating us in a penthouse apartment so we could comply with the required social distancing criteria. If it was not for them, we would have been left with no alternatives as we were fast running out of options. The apartment was well furnished and decorated. The accomodation was luxurious. It was more than one could envisage with plenty of indoor space and extensive balconies. The outdoor rooftop balcony was very spacious and had eye-catching vista up and down the coast.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Vista to any guests wanting reasonably priced luxurious accomodation operated by friendly and pleasant managers.

We spent 6 nights in Apartment 49 , a well equipped , beautiful apartment. With a stunning view . Comfortable king size bed . The Staff where very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our stay was however spoilt by intermittent jackhammering , grinding and hammering due to renovations in the Penthouse . We feel we should have been notified prior to checking in that this was occurring and given the option of canceling our booking , which we would have done .

What a beautiful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing - more than we had hoped. We were on the tenth floor and had the most incredible views of the ocean and river. AquaVista is only a few minutes walk to the friendly Cotton Tree shopping area, the Maroochydore Surf Club and the river side.

Stayed 2 nights in a centre “studio” apartment (44) with ocean views. The apartment was very well appointed and is actually a two and a half bedroom unit with the second bedroom locked off to represent a studio. Consequently, it was very spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and fresh throughout the building with friendly hosts to check you in and say goodbye. Advertised as “luxury apartments” and that description is well deserved. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi, Aqua Vista has ducted heating and air conditioning in every apartment. In addition, there are extra blankets or quilts in every room. If you let us know when you are arriving, we can always pop the heater on for you in advance.
