Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

These are one bedroom apartments with everything you need for a short or long stay.
No laundry facilities in the apartment but the do have a separate laundry on site, older apartments but very reasonable price and based on my experience larger than newer apartments closer to town.
Friendly management and comfortable stay, a 3 km walk along the river bank to get into Maroochydore.
Pub and small shopping centre nearby, great restaurant and takeaway next door.

Units situated right on the Maroochy River with great views of the river. About 5 mins drive to the centre of Maroochydore and Cottontree with numerous restaurants, coffee shops etc.
IGA supermarket within 5 min walk.
Easy access to the units with free off street parking, free wi-fi and Foxtel.
Stayed here for 3 nights late June. We had a great self contained unit, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds etc.
Managers were great help with suggestions on local restaurants etc.
Units are situated right on the Maroochy river so excellent fishing. Shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops etc 5 - 10 min drive.
Good value for money, definitely return here.

Stayed 3 nights Sept School Holiday’s
Daughter and myself in a renovated one bedroom apartment. We stayed in U13 second level up about 25 stairs which didn’t bother us - good exercise. Nice Balcony with some River Views, Cool Apartment which catches the breezes. No noise from outside even though it was fully booked. Parking was tight if you had a large vehicle . Clean and Comfortable. Will def return if prices remain reasonable.

I enjoyed my short stay at the apartment. The accommodation was great, with the view of Maroochy river. The rooms were pretty decent as well. And the best part is that the host Craig was very helpful. He even helped me in whatever way I needed even after hours. Thank you Craig for all your help you had given me.

We stayed for three nights in room 9, top floor facing the river. Small apartment but big enough for the two of us, well equipped kitchen, partly renovated, very clean, comfy bed, washing machine in bathroom. Value for money. Noticed road noise during the day, but nice spot right on the river. Walk to IGA, coffee shop and takeaway.

The new owner/manager Craig looked after us very well - thank you. The apartments are a little tired, but fully equipped and provided everything we needed. Parking behind the apartments is good and protected from the weather. Sleeping can be rather noisy, due to being situated on a main road. Good value, and definitely recommended.

I've looked at the other reviews & all I can say is that the unit we stayed in was revolting (number 12). I didn't remove my thongs when walking around the unit. Sticky & dirty kitchen. The exhaust fan is yellow & revolting. The mix n match plates were so 70's. The stickers on the back of the main door were disgusting. The curtains had holes all over them. The windows were dirty. The mix n match verandah tables, combined with the tacky green plastic chairs, yuk! The view wasn't bad, but sitting on that furniture was off putting. The old rickety fans. The tacky wall picture frames. The lounge was good. The bathroom was rusted & the glasses in shower wall was broken & hanging off the wall, the shower head rusted. The tacky shower & toilet holders for loo paper & shower gel, yuk! The toilet unit, yuk! The green towels, yuk! The smelly anti slip floor mat rolled up in the under cover basin cabinets, revolting, seriously disgusting. Points to consider... upgrade the unit for goodness sakes. The best part of the experience was day 2, the day we left... oh yes & that old squeaky revolting bed & its coverlet.. lucky the sheets were clean.. oh yes, can you also clean the unit.. it is really disgusting to walk into a place that has rubber bands in the carpet & old tags from previous tenants clothing. Pick up your act. Totally disgusted! We won't be back... EVER!! The parking is atrocious too & the clutter & crap from your living arrangements, well, your customers do not need to view this either.

These are self contained units. My wife and I stayed at the property for a couple of days thank goodness only to sleep.
Upon arrival the reception was very friendly and helpful; however once we entered the room we noticed a very foul smell. At the time we took no notice of it and opened up the windows and doors to let the breeze through while we went out to dinner.
On our return to the room we noticed the smell was more dominant and soon discovered that the carpet in the bedroom was soaking wet. After speaking to reception about this all they provided was a towel to place on the floor, at no time did they even make the effort to see how bad it was.
The thought had crossed our mind to look for alternate accommodation but as we had prepaid we did not want to lose our money. The night went on with the foul smell and as we sat on the uncomfortable couch watching a bit of TV before bed we noticed that there did not appear to be any fire alarms in the room either, remembering these are self contained units where you are able to cook.
On our second night the smell was getting worse but we endured one more night as we were leaving early the following day.
Once more a very restless night with the smell and an extremely uncomfortable bed.
On the way home we did receive a call from reception with an apology claiming they had no idea how bad the carpet and the smell was, if they had been interested when we first complained about the stench, they would have realised how bad it was. There was no real remorse in the conversation and a half hearted apology.
The lack of customer service is our biggest disappointment, they had our money (up front paid two months prior) and to hell with our comfort.
I would think twice before booking there and make sure you don't expect too much from the staff.
I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

We booked a night and had a friendly
welcome however the cleaner left an open milk and soiled coffee for our arrival. The decor is tired but everything was functional. The next day I asked if I could leave 30 minutes late so.We could have a swim in the small pool but it was up to the cleaning lady so no chance. We left on time and won't be rushing back until they get a good cleaner and invest in the place. The view is stunning and the coffee shop next door looks good. A noisy road but handy to everything.
