This was an extremely clean unit, well located in Maroochydoore. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely friendly. The unit was spacious and had a well maintained beach style decor (Christmas decorations included). Overall it was obvious that this hotel is owned and maintained by people that care about their customers.

Kevin and Wendy were very good to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They are very thoughtful hosts and have a lot of little added touches like the complimentary membership at the surf club which is a short walk away.
The unit was very clean and all ready for us on arrival. Everything worked and the only complaint was the lack of storage for food. The WIFI worked great for us. The pool was clean and inviting. It is also in a protected area so it's good if the weather makes the beach less desirable.
A great spot and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great long weekend with 7 friends. We booked all the bottom floor (3 rooms) and had an amazing time as looking over the pool and easy to catch up, sit outside and just enjoy the facilities. Kevin & Wendy the managers are more than accommodating and extra friendly. I will stay again and recommend as close to every thing you need and a relaxing holiday. Ps the Japanese that Kevin recommend is the best

This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in overcrowded, unpersonalised, accomodation. Steve and Kevin provided a friendly, professional, welcoming service. Some of the decor is a bit tired but everything was clean and nothing was too hard for Steve and Kevin to assist us with, especially with our young family member’s needs. A short walk to the beach and cafes for that necessary morning coffee and a brief drive to the SC airport. There’s no doubt we I’ll be back to stay here again.

The apartment are described as spacious and well appointed. They are neither.
They have a tiny living area with old grotty carpet and the apartment we were ‘allocated’ has not been renovated since it was built.
We had not been warned it is a walk apartment - apparently included in the FAQ. 48 steps to climb.
The room terrace although private to your apartment is accessed via the communal stairway and you have to navigate the locked doors.
This is not ‘the best’ as it claims by a long shot.
The managers were not on site and did not return calls. I emailed them and got a reply the next day essentially saying I should have read the whole website.
I had spoken to Kevin when booking and asked if there is anything we need to know about the apartments other than no view from the actual apartment only the roof deck.
The dark and dingy apartment did not inspire and we will not be back. Thank god we didn’t have small children - it would have been a nightmare.

Our apartments are described as well appointed and they ARE, with everything you need in a beachside Holiday Apartment, it is INCORRECT that we say spacious on the website but they are comfortable Apartments with a high rate of return guests. The carpet is not original and is cleaned Professionally annually as well as if needed, obviously also cleaned in house after every guest departure. We make it clear on our website that we are a walk up building "NO LIFTS" so to see this guest complain about stairs when they book a rooftop leaves me wondering what else we can do to inform people. We do live on site and if we are not in reception due to housekeeping or maintenance issues around the building, the phone is always diverted to our mobiles for contact so with this comment also INCORRECT. We also disagree that the apartments are "Dark and Dingy" but this could be the opinion of a g Glass 1/2 empty type of guest, The apartment has been renovated an definitely not in original state, so this statement is false also. Finally the building is locked after close reception at 5pm so only guests can access for their security and Privacy.

Our family stayed at The Burlington Apartments for five nights and were very happy with our accomodation and location. The room was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The managers were extremely helpful and very friendly from the moment we arrived and went out off their way to help us when we asked for assistance. The apartments are very secure and you feel very safe staying there. The beach is only a 2 minute walk and a playground for the kids is located right by the beach. The shopping centres are located close enough for groceries etc. and fast food outlets are located just around the corner. The street is very quiet as far as traffic noise. We would stay there again without hesitation.

My daughter and I stayed at The Burlington Apartments for 2 wks and were very happy with the self contained unit. The unit overlooked the beautiful pool and the managers were warm and helpful, booking trips and giving advice on the local area.
The location was wonderful as we were just one block from the beach and 50 metres from the bus stop.We will be back next year and I have recommended it to friends.

We stayed here because it was a little cheaper than apartments right on the beach, however we were not disappointed. The managers were very pleasant and helpful. The appartment was clean, well set out, and a very pleasant outlook over the pool and tropical garden. The location was convenient with only two minutes walk to the beach, ten minutes walk to Cotton Tree shopping centre, twenty minutes walk to the Sunshine shopping plaza, and two minutes to the bus stop. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.
