Detailed Reviews
Enjoyed the 1/2 day relaxation spa which included not only a 2 hour massage & spa, but a tasty lunch & afternoon tea with my sisters. We brought our own champaign.
The hosts are very professional & engaging.
The day spa is nestled in the hills looking west at Melany.
Our afternoon started with a host home made lunch that we chose of the menu before arriving. The table was set on the balcony overlooking the valley.
After enjoying lunch, we were then left to enjoy the heated spa bath for about an hour on the balcony, to still enjoy the amazing serenity & privacy of the valley & finish our champaign.
The massage was tailored to suit our personal needs & wants.
All 3 of us had a different therapist, yet we agreed that it was be the best massage we have had. Enjoying a full 2 hours of massage, noting that the therapists were very intuitive & we were not rushed at all.
We will be back with our partners & maybe even for a mother daughter weekend to also incorporate the amazing bungalows on the property.
Call a couple of days before to secure a spot.

We spent an amazing time at the Lillypilly luxury Cottages. We stayed at many other places in the Sunshine Coast hinterland over the years, but this was the best experience we had. Adel and Joseph were super accomodating and provided an amazing service. The difference from anywhere else, you have restaurant quality food cooked and delivered to your Cottage.Cooked breakfast included every day🤩. Everything served on your plate is home made❤️. Day spa on the premises. We got the food and day spa package and all was amazing 🥂🍾 if you think about romantic getaway to chill out and enjoy the serenity of the mountains this is your place😉 you get great value for money 💪👏👏

We had 3 nights at Lillypillys , and loved our stay, a lovely welcome ( with warm scones and biscuits brought to your cottage) and breakfast of your choice brought to you every morning.
The cottage had all the expected comforts everything you could want include a amazing view over the valley ,and a great spa bath,
A restaurant quality meal can also be ordered on certain days and delivered to your cottage ( well worth it )
Don’t hesitate book now
Ps . The hammock on the deck is a fantastic way to relax

The fantastic reviews drew me in but this place did not deliver on our 20th wedding anniversary. Our cottage had a beautiful rose petal heart on the bed with chocolates, and a divine spa looking out onto a window with a view. But this place is being looked after by another couple while the owners are away. I felt the service was a little impersonal especially considering we were there during serious floods and they didn't reach out to see if we felt safe or needed any help navigating our way back to Brisbane. Room service is a treat but the delivery felt laboured, no mask was worn and meals were so-so. The stuffed chicken for example had barely any stuffing. We also had to ask for fresh milk each day. I just feel for the price they charge, it wasn't to the standard I expected.

My daughter and I spent 2 night at Lillypilly cottages and day spa as a girls getaway. We took the 1/2 day spa package as well. We stayed in Rose cottage which was a little rustic which was part of its charm. The cottage was cozy and warm with a wood fire which was set ready for us to light and equipped with everything needed for a great stay as well as its own large spa bath overlooking the range. Fantastic views of the ranges and Lake Baroon from our secluded deck. We ate in both nights and the food from chef Josef was stunning and delivered to our room piping hot! What more could you ask for - restaurant quality - home delivered. Wow! The massages and facials were so relaxing and pampering. We have both decided we will make this an annual mother/daughter pamper getaway.

I was so excited to have a special day with my bestie after 3 years separated. I booked the half day spa package based on the good reviews online and was so disappointed with our experience and felt I should share for anyone else looking at just spa packages. It seems all are based on the accommodation not just the spa.
The views are lovely, food was good and Adele welcomed us beautifully. However the jacuzzi had a funky smell and I would be surprised if the therapists were qualified therapists - while they were lovely to deal with both of our massage/facials were the worst we have experienced. Both therapists put their fingers in our ears, pulled and flicked our ears and the male therapist put his body weight on my friend while whispering in her ear which made her uncomfortable. It was not only bad, it was bizarre!
I told my bestie I was going to message them to let them know about our experience. She was particularly upset about the male therapist putting his body weight across her and whispering in her ear and how painful the "massage" was. She said it was erratic and he painfully flicked and pinched her flesh and put his fingers into her ears and flicked them. He told my bestie after her treatment that there was something wrong with her fallopian tubes but he had fixed it. Bizarre!
I made contact to let them know we were unhappy and their response was well worded and professional but basically implied it was a lie and the therapists were not only qualified but also trained under Adele. I am a beauty therapist and my bestie is in the industry too and we not only receive treatments regularly we provide them too so find it difficult to reconcile based on our experience.

This is one of our favourite places to visit on a short stay. Just had our 3rd visit and everything was as good as ever! We stayed in Rose Cottage and the views were absolutely stunning! Adele and Josef are wonderful hosts, with nothing being too much trouble. Josef is an excellent chef and we had dinner on both nights - the food was delicious. The log burner keeps the cottage toasty warm in winter, which is when we always go. This is an ideal place for couples and I strongly recommend it. The platters for returning guests is a lovely touch.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had such a relaxing time. The cottage was beautifully positioned for a winter weekend getaway. Had the fire roaring all weekend, while looking out over a stunning view. The breakfasts were divine and very punctual. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Everything was perfect right down to the jar of homemade cookies on offer next to the tea and coffee. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabins were so quaint and charming with a stunning view and everything we needed.
Breakfast was beautiful and the home made muesli was delicious.
We would definitely return.
Hosts were so lovely and very accommodating without being intrusive.

This was one amazing day spa experience. The massage was so incredible and relaxing. If you need to unwind and get away from a busy lifestyle I totally recommend it. The people from when you first arrive to treatment room are friendly, experience and know how to give you a amazing day.
