A purpose built property perched on a hill outside of Maleny. This property offers quite, relaxed and sumptuous accommodation.

The hosts deserve all of the kind comments given in the other reviews as they offer great service and polite company.

Breakfasts are wonderful and cooked to order. You will need a vehicle but Maleny is a short drive away and so to is Montville.

The Maleny pub is rustic in ambience but offers really good meals but a little on the dear side. The lunch time food market at Montville offers some really exotic choices for lunch. You can get all your needs at the supermarkets in Maleny.

Lots of great nature walks near by in Mary Cairn Cross or Kondilla and if you feel like the sea then a 35-40 min drive down the hill to the beaches.

All in all great location in a great area served by a top B&B.

Certainly one of the best I have seen in Australia and only topped by some of the grand homes hosting B&B's in Europe.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place and look forward to returning myself at some time

4 of us (2 couples) stayed recently for 3 nights. We stayed in the cottage which was lovely & I liked that it was separate. The other couple stayed in the home and their room was beautiful. Able to sit in the very lovely and cosy lounge room with a large TV. Chris is a warm, relaxed and caring hostess; open to requests with the ability to provide positive responses to these. Nothing was too much trouble; great personalised breakfasts; warm and inviting but not intrusive on your space or time. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean and inviting. Would highly recommend. Marianna

Well, if you haven’t seen or stayed at the Roseville House on Balmoral Ridge, you’re missing out on one of the best BnB places around. We had the pleasure of staying there for few nights and we were completely blown away. Christine and Jim are amazing hosts - before we could even get off the car, Jim was there waiting to welcome us and help us with our bags.

The rooms are huge with private ensuite and elegantly setup with welcome chocolates lounge chairs and a stunning view. Christine is ready to arrange all your booking events for your stay and focused on making your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Montville and Maleny are nearby and plenty to do during the day.

Each morning, breakfast is freshly cooked and served to us like kings and queens - yummy full country breakfast-old school but still delicious. In the evening, Christine and Jim would be happy to join us for cocktails, share stories and just chill on the comfy sofas in the lounge.

We just love this place and will definitely come back...thanks Christine and Jim for making us feel like family. We really felt like this was our country home, except we didn’t have to do chores....we were truly pampered during our stay.

Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for an amazing relaxing time....

We stayed in the cottage at Roseville House. Well equipped with microwave, fridge, wifi and aircon. Beautifully appointed. Chris was a fabulous host. Breakfast was fantastic. We sat on the front verandah each evening for drinks and nibbles overlooking the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommended.

Christine & Jim are the perfect hosts and they make this BnB the special place that it is. Friendly and hospitable, they present a beautiful property and prepare a breakfast that would rival any 5 star hotel. We stayed in the cottage and found it quiet and very comfortable and it had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect hinterland getaway.

Our two-night stay (for our 40th anniversary) was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed a combination of a beautifully appointed very large room, superb hospitality from warm and genuine hosts, magnificent breakfast and every detail just perfect! Nothing was too much trouble, special additional little touches such as home-made chocolate biscuits for supper in the delightful lounge and even flowers in our room to match those of my wedding bouquet!
There was genuine interest shown in our family, and we were made to feel like royalty! Could not speak highly enough of this truly lovely place! Thank you Peter and Adeline!

I had the most restful stay at Roseville House B&B in the beautiful verdant Sunshine Coast hinterlands, just outside Maleny. I was escaping the stress of my busy life, and I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms are lovely – I had the cottage with king size bed and bathtub, complete with lovely little treats such as chocolates and port.
Adeline takes a personal interest in her guests and their wellbeing – doing all she can to make their stay memorable. She is more of an angel than a B&B host.
I will always be grateful to Adeline for her hospitality and for restoring my spirit.

Hi We stayed in the cottage and it had all the items you mentioned. The other rooms are inside the house and I'm not sure exactly what they have although Chrissy did show us through them. I didn't take note of any cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. You will have no problems though because whatever you want, Chrissy will look after you.
