#5 of 32 Speciality lodging in Maleny
One of Maleny's original cottage retreats, Whispering Valley is also one of the most secluded. Our classic sunshine coast bungalows are set on 50 scenic acres - Each carefully positioned to catch breezes and views as they blend seamlessly into the environment. That's why we like to keep things simple.... Unique cottages (1 & 2 bedroom) reflect a comfortable simplicity that puts you close to nature in total privacy. Guests appreciate our direct check in service taking you straight to your cottage without any fuss on arrival. A feature that also allows us to be as flexible as we can with check in and check out times. While generous breakfast baskets and special packages are available, our base rates are accommodation only so you can plan your escape or special occasion with flexibility and value. So for a unique slice of the real Maleny please give us a call.... We would love you to experience our very special place. Thanks Glenn & Angela

Lovely relaxing getaway cottages. Very private with views of the countryside. Our cottage had a log fire and a Webber BBQ. Everything you need is supplied and the hosts are great and very obliging. Highly recommended.

we pent a lovely getaway of three nights here. The location is around 15-20 minutes from maleny. and our cabin was easy to find on arrival. the cabin has astove and a weber bbq for cooking like an oven. there is very good moile reception despite being in the hills. the bed was very comfortable and there was a warm fireplace. the bed was comfortable, and there is a cool hammock you can hang up on the verhanda to read in. we were in cabin 6 Sallywattle. there is good undercover parking. whilst there is a spabath, we did not use it, as the area is on rainwater and i would feel guilty wasting water for such a treat. for 2 of the three nights we had warmed up soup from the iga in town and sat by the fire and it was magical. The only thing i would mention is that the fridge is only a big minifridge, so if you are staying for a few days, you should only place one days worth of food in the fridge at a time.

We want to thank you for an incredible weekend away for our anniversary. It was secluded, romantic and a perfect spot to get away from the city. The accommodation was incredibly clean with chocolates and fresh water upon arrival, it’s the little things that make a big difference. The wild life were friendly and the atmosphere was breath taking. Thank you to the hosts, you guys have really made a get away that everyone should get the opportunity to experience. Jez and Bec x we will definitely be back.

This place has it all -beautiful scenery, bush walks. The cabin was very clean and well appointed with everything needed or wanted including a coffee machine. The spa bath with a view of the dam was very relaxing. It’s easy to do nothing except sit on the deck and listen to the frogs and whipbirds. The donkeys were entertaining and welcomed the feed of carrots. Best of all the property is off the main road so there is no road noise and plenty of fresh air yet it’s only a 10 minute drive to the cafes and shops of Maleny.

Whispering valley is an amazing place. From the cabin feel of home to the amazing hosts who you don't see but feel the love for the place and it's guests by the extra touches that make the whole experience. You couldnt ask for any more. This amazing place makes you want to stay longer. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't recommend this place more and we will definitely be back.
