The tranquility and views were excellent. The facilities meant we could cook/dine in, as well as try out local restaurants. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the spa very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

We have just spent two nights in Black Cockatoo. The cottage is lovely and clean. Bathroom starting to show wear n tear. The lounge is super comfortable and has a gorgeous view. Bed was comfy. The little chocolates and soap were a nice touch. However, having stayed in similar cottages a few extra touches would be nice such as coffee pods to go with coffee machine, small fresh milk, small butters and jams etc in fridge, (maybe we have been spoilt by other similar cottages) plus a dishwasher. Unfortunately the beautiful tranquility was somewhat disrupted by music last night. Care is needed when using the narrow single driveway to cottages. The views are amazing. Maleny is close by and simply gorgeous.

We stayed for a weekend for our wedding anniversary. Steve was very helpful when I had to change the dates and very accommodating for any of our requests. We stayed in the Kingfisher cottage. The bed was so comfortable and the cottage had everything you need. Highly recommend if you need to get away and just recharge!

What an amazing, magical place this is! We stayed in the King Parrot cottage and the cleanliness of the property, the location and the grounds were all 10 out of 10. totally spotless! The view was out of this world! The hosts thought of absolutely everything to keep us comfortable during our stay. We were only there for 2 nights but wished we could have stayed for longer. It was a perfect mini break for our anniversary :-) The check in and check out was super easy and we were kept informed by email from originally booking right through to leaving. A beautifully appointed cottage, equipped with every amenity. A lovely relaxing location with the nearby town of Maleny having plenty of options for meals (if you don’t feel like cooking). Relax in the spa bath or sitting on the verandah, enjoying the view.

Great location approximately 7 minutes from Maleny. We stayed in the Kingfisher Cottage for 3 nights. The cottage is laid out nicely, modern, clean and private. Undercover parking is just steps away from your cottage. All utensils are provided in the fully equiped kitchen. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and you can login to various streaming apps on the tv (be sure to logout prior to your departure). The highlight of the room is the spa. Check in and out is easy, we were not disturbed during our stay. Steve was lovely, told us some of the history of the cottages and was kind enough to allow us the feed two Alpacas that reside beside the cottage. An excellent stay and I highly recommend Blue Summit Cottages.

The most idyllic place to unwind and de-stress. The cottage was exactly as advertised and had all the equipment needed to be self contained. There was even a BBQ if you wanted to use. Everything was supplied, tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid, toiletries and lovely soft towels. There was a huge variety of teas available along with a coffee machine with pods and plunger coffee maker with specialty coffee. The bed was a little soft for our liking but was still very comfortable. The view from our verandah was fantastic and overlooked the huge grounds with majestic mountain and valley backdrops. The peace and serenity was amazing even with other cottages near by you would swear you were the only couple there. Hosts Steve and Aliana were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The town of Maleny was so close by and other tourist points of interest were not that far either. Was so definitely value for money. Can't wait to go again.…
