The rooms were very clean and well presented.... even has a nespresso coffee machine!!!! Well laid out and the hammock on the back patio was awesome. Take care driving in as its a single dirt road, well maintained though. Home made pizzas were delicious, fridge was well stocked. If your looking for a weekend away without the kids this is the place.

Everything was perfect. The fridge was well stocked with everything you need, the location was tucked away but close enough to Kuranda shops, the room was very comfortable and well decorated, bed and shower were both great. Will definitely be looking to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed our time at Cedar Park. The room was comfortable and had a well-appointed kitchen area. Their frozen homemade meals were delicious, and many were allergy friendly. The fresh fruit, eggs, and yogurt made a great breakfast on the patio.

My partner and i stayed for 2 nights in Dec. Was not informed of gravel speed humps that scraped the bottom of my car. Not suitable for low profile cars. No one was on sute when arrived, and cant find no one during the day when needed help. Air con keeps tripping out because of overload. Had to keep finding someone to reset the air con. Not alot of privacy at the back of your room. Will not be going back there

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay because of the road and the service. We are a low-key place and with only five suites do not have someone there all the time. I manage the hotel but have to go out shopping and shuttle children while my wife works another job caring for elderly. There is a doorbell on the bar so that you can get help if we are there and my mobile number is written on it so you can call or text me if you needed to. The air conditioning system is new and quite good although it does have trouble when it people put it into the wrong setting. I am sorry about that. As for the speed humps, that is my fault as I just laid down fresh gravel on the whole driveway and levelled it out myself as best I could as a hotelier. I have trimmed them down a bit now but as heavy rains do come our way we need to have humps to direct the water off the driveway or it will be ruined and even worse to drive on. I made them a little too tall and they have been shortened. And the driveway is greatly improved now with the new gravel on it. We have a small team managing this hotel and we do our best. We cannot be standing by all the time and as hard as we try some things do go wrong. People shouldn't expect that we are a five star hotel, as we are a family operation. We do aim to give the best service we can and have worked hard to make Cedar Park what it is. I think it's easy to complain about some of the small things but you need to look at the whole picture which is that it's a pretty nice place to stay and people in general seem happy with it.

We just spent 3 days R&R here, only 50km from home, but what a find. The cabins are amazing, with everything you could wish for for a self catering holiday. Rates include a well stocked fridge! The grounds are typical bushland, with a running creek (complete with bath spa) resident wild animals and chooks. Friendly hospitality at it's best and free range of the gorgeous facilities. Lovely bathroom with constant hot water and the comfiest bed ever. The photos on here speak for themselves...Just as presented. Thankyou, we will be back.
