Not a nice place to stay at all. Right on the road and with the entertainment downstairs making a lot of noise you can barely sleep! The rooms are clean but are old and run down. Not good value for money. Pictures look better than the actual establishment. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Arrived to find that we had to pay before seeing room. Booked for 2 nights. Then found no lift and stairs were longer than usual, as pensioners we were not thrilled carrying cases up. The room was dirty and generally poor. Complained, manageress came and apologized, said cleaner was off and they were using contract cleaners which resulted in lots of complaints. She offered to show us another room, she went in first and came out saying that required attention and she would refund our payment which was done straight away., This is the "Pub with no beer" from the famous song and seems to be hanging on that to bring people in.

We stayed in Ingham so we could head out to Wallaman Falls nice and early the following day. We found the Lees hotel online and booked with ease. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The ensuites are dated BUT the cleanliness makes up for this. The meals are generous in size and great value plus delicious and the lunch on Sunday is until 2pm which is great as most of the town was closed.
