My husband & I stayed at this hotel for two nights. This property offers something special to the traveller who has any passing interest in Slim Dusty...."The Pub With No Beer" is a must see for any fan. The Hotel itself is certainly unpretentious....simple foyer and public areas but well maintained and simply decorated. The room we were allocated contained...

We were touring the area while staying in Townsville. Lees Hotel is an iconic hotel, restaurant and bar. We stopped for a beer and a bite to eat. The service was excellent and everyone was keen to make us welcome. The proprietor is very sociable and eager to share both his establishment and all that this area offers. The fish...

Rooms very small, didn't like the fact that you needed a key to access foyer first to get to rooms. Average decor. Music downstairs and next door very loud. Staff we're very nice. Prices did agree with service provided

I stayed this hotel for fishing travels from Japan. The one reason that I selected this hotel was free Wi-Fi. I could check e-mails every nights. Because I could catch a nice size Barramundi in the staying, I asked to cook it for dinner. The Barramundi cooking was so simple and very delicious. My friend said "This Barramungi is most...

We called in here for the second time in two weeks for a drink and a meal. The meal was good and the really good news is that the pub really has beer and it is cold and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Met the owner who was able to fill us in with history of the town. We...
