Even though the apartment is spacious, clean and the balcony overlooking the golf club was great , the problems I asked to be sorted were not . - chipped coffee cup which would have cut your lip - shower nozzle wouldn't stay up unless flat up against the wall - no doona on the bed and only 1 blanket in the cupboard . No communication as to why problems weren't seen to. The other issue we had was the light pouring thru all around the door which got worse when the sensor lights went on out in the hall.

The location is central and handy to shops. Almost to handy as you share the car park which was a first for me. The rooms have everything you need but the cleaning was average. They served a purpose as I wasn't in the room often but wouldn't want to spend to much time there.

As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable staying here. The apartment was spacious, very clean, completely functional and close to all amenities (Coles Shopping Centre is across the carpark and is a short walk to pubs and the centre of town). Other noteworthy mentions - great free wifi, quiet (when the balcony door is closed), great aircon, awesome price!

The establishment is run-down, dirty, untidy, some facilities are either broken or in need of repair. There is no reception or any staff on site. There are no keys or locks and instead rooms are accessed by a code. The room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dirt, dust, hair and food from other people who had stayed there previously was in the kitchen, bathroom and blankets. The air conditioner was old and extremely noisy. The rooms have no soundproofing and are located near a busy road and shopping centre. I would avoid at any price point, though I was charged $190 for the night.

Booked an apartment for two days to have access to kitchen facilities, not quite what we expected. My wife called the property to confirm Ground Floor - no mention of the flight of stairs to get to the rooms, not accessible at all. There is no reception - access to room is through codes. They are quite pleasant and we were able to get to room early. The room is limited in facilities and fairly run down, very dusty and water on floor in bathroom (leaking toilet). There was a lack of cutlery and the whole place felt like it needed to be refurbished. I would suggest looking into other options when staying in Emerald.

dirty, very noisy, broken power points, mouldy shower, no drinking glasses. access drive is incredibly dangerous - less than 20 mtrs from a blind corner. Rosie did refund my money but told me I wasn't allowed to leave a bad review - this is a breach of Consumer Law.

These apartments are the absolute best value for money. We have been travelling for weeks and thrilled to find such luxury at affordable price. Cannot fault the apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything needed. Adjacent to Coles and the delightful balcony overlooks the golf course. It feels like we are the first people to stay here - like brand new. The outside certainly hides a perfect gem! I'd rate it 11 if I could!

I recently stayed at the Emerald Executive Apartments while in town for work. Initially I found it hard to locate the apartments since they appear to actually a part of the Coles complex but a quick phone call to the service manager cleared this up.
From the outside, this place doesn't look like much but as soon as I got in my room I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with functional cooking facilities and amenities.
I became so comfortable that I actually wasn't looking forward to flying back to Brisbane!
Overall the accommodation was really nice and functional and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay.

I flew from Toowoomba to Emerald recently to see my husband who is working away. Thanks Rebecca for allowing us a 'late checkout' at the last minute. My late afternoon flight back to Brisbane meant we would have had hours to kill without a 'home base' and appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Great location and for the money was exceptional. Our air conditioning unit worked well but was quite noisy at times. A nice view across the golf course. Will be back. ..

We were on route to Port Douglas and this place was rated highly on trip advisor. When we drove up to the outside we were dubious but we're so impressed with the rooms and the thoughtful hosts had turned on aircon as it was seriously hot. This was very clean with a comfy bed, great furnishings etc. This was the best I have seen for this price. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.
