Great to have a Fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment with separate living during our travels. Good to have extra space for a change from just motel rooms. These are separate cabins with carport attached which was also a great bonus. Property was clean and tidy and close to eateries. Both fast food and the Maraboon Tavern across the road which was very modern clean and COVID 19 safe plan, had a great Bistro with very good food. Small shopping centre with walking distance with Woollies Cafe Bottle Shop etc

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom cottage. Managers efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything spotless and spacious. The convenience of a laundry area in the huge bathroom was fantastic. The hospital across the road looked wonderful, in a calm country town way. Emerald is a very pretty town with wide palm tree lined streets, great retail and heaps of parking at retail hubs. We easily drove to Fairbairn Damn, Sapphire and Rubyvale, which was the Star of our holiday stay. It is amazing.

Thanks to Kellianne and Don for an enjoyable 3 nights in Emerald. They couldn't do enough for us - the rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy - the motel is handy to everything you need. If we ever get back to Emerald, will definitely be staying here!

Located in close proximity to fast food outlets with noise and light all night. Drive through and delivery trucks only 10m away. Blinds in bedroom not sufficient to stop it. Manager aware of the problem but will still let you stay there.

Hi Iveta, it seems your recollection of your stay continues to evolve and expand since your check-out. Even a staff member's attempt to discuss your issues seems to have been forgotten. You mentioned at check-in that your trip had not been enjoyable, mainly due to the cold weather further west. Hopefully you were able to find something positive about the remainder of your trip.

Absolutely disgusting, from every thing in the room to the motel managers attitude.
Here are the lounge and bedrooms aircon filter on arrival. Refusal of refund and absolutely no cooperation. Very judgemental straigh off the bat. The spa vents were putridly full of hair/pubes/dirt/dust/neglect.

Hi there Debbie and Jessie. Id like to apologies once again for the inconvenience. Refund was rejected as you smoked in our room which is a $200 charge by its self, you left the room a complete mess and checked out late. Pluss using the spare bed. All things to be extra charged. as of this we cant give a refund which is what I said when talking to you. I was never judgmental and always polite. Even though if I was we would it'd save me some trouble

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Both are spacious and modern. Cleanest motel we have visited in a long time. Don & Kellianne were great hosts, very warm and welcoming. Even their dog was lovely!! The motel is in an excellent spot; very quiet, but 2 minutes walk to shops and pubs.

Our one bedroom apartment was large, well equipped and clean. Everything you need to cook dinner plus full sized fridge. Even has a spa bath, which is a little over the top. Very close to tavern and supermarket.

We stayed here for one night and booked in advance and received a very good rate. The fully self contained apartment was excellent value with everything you need. Loved it!
Full Kitchen, Fridge/freezer, Lounge, breakfast bar, Island bench. Separate bedroom with lots of space in the built in robes. A large separate bathroom/shower/spa for 2, and behind the door- your own personal washing machine and dryer.
A nice veranda to sit under and under cover car parking right next to your apartment which, actually, was a bit tight due to the large 4WD we have. But there is parking at the front of the office if you require- and we were made aware of this. Close to a few Pubs, Cafe's and shops if you don't want to cook yourself.
Our only gripe....and the only thing they need to make this place perfect. is to provide WI-FI to guests, but then they may never leave.
Melissa, the manager is very helpful, polite and has a great personality. Hope she gets a holiday soon since she has had no time off since April..! Thank you for our stay and we would definitely again, if we are ever in the area (or the state).

These are spacious units and really enjoyed the self contained kitchen. Large living and ensuite facilities. So close to shops and restaurants and we were able to park our caravan next door and enjoy the apartments as a great break.

My wife and I stayed at the Emerald Motel Apartments on Saturday 22nd February 2014 for one night. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location is great with a hotel and bowls club right across the road. A shopping centre is also within walking distance. I would recommend this establishment for a short stay in Emerald and would definitely stay there again.
