We stayed at this Motel on 11th Aug 21. I thought it was great value for money. We’ve been staying in Motels across QLD for about a month and it’s so nice to stay in a 1 bedroom unit as provided here. The kitchen was large, it also had its own washing machine and dryer in the unit too. Place was very clean, had good car parking and I slept well. I would definitely recommend The Emerald Inn.

We booked a night at the Emerald Inn on a recent road trip and strongly recommend you consider it for any stay in Emerald. The executive apartment we booked was simply superb, immaculately presented, and fully equipped with all the conveniences including washing machine; dryer and great kitchen. On our arrival, Alison made us feel very welcome and gave directions to local restaurants, hotels etc. The premises are well away from the main road and quiet, unlike many motels in country towns. A tavern is only a short walk up the road and the standard take away places, including the large franchise stores a few minutes drive. We would not stay anywhere else in Emerald - highly recommended!

the room is spacious clean and quite, handy to shops, tavern and town centre. the motel rooms are spotless and the management and staff are welcoming this would be the best motel in town it makes for a very comfortable stay while working away from home thumbs up to the staff. best accommodation in the central highlands.

We stayed for one night during a road trip. I booked the most expensive executive suite as it had a spa bath. Upon entering though there was a sign in the bathroom that said due to water restrictions the spa function had been disabled. I asked at reception and the young fellow came across and enabled it. Of course, I did not want to use up their water as he said the dams were at 11%. I would have preferred to know this ahead of time as I would have booked a cheaper standard room. The shower was above the spa which may prove difficult for some with less mobility. There was also a sign on the fridge asking us to clean anything we used with the cleaning products provided in the kitchen. Dish-washing liquid was provided but no cleaning cloths of any kind. I used a face washer from the bathroom. The room was large with a separate bedroom without a TV in the bedroom. It was a comfortable motel and within walking distance of 2 restaurants and situated on a quiet street.

The unit was spacious and clean with great facilities including a washing machine and dryer. The quiet location hides the ease of access to the main road for site seeing. A comfortable bed and good kitchen. Would recommend to all and will stay there again.

What a great place to stay. Rooms were quite spacious and had everything we needed and especially a washing machine and dryer. Ali went above and beyond to be helpful. There was a well set up bbq area also.

We had just one night at the Emerald Inn, quite OK. Spacious clean and tidy. There was very little road or other noise and as a result had quite a good nights sleep. A large fridge is provided, which is convenient for those travelling with chilled goods.

We have just stayed at Emerald Inn for the third time, for business purposes. The facilities are excellent. Location is also great, not too far from the CBD or other eating places, cinema if you want it and supermarkets. Whether holidaying or for business, this is a great place to stay.

We came here on mass with 7 rooms booked for us all to attend a family wedding, Alison was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She also allowed us a late check out to help us with time management on the last day. Great rooms, helpful to have a pull out bed/couch. Good facilities, very practical BBQ area (could do with a new BBQ, certainly past its best) but apart from that was useful for us all to have a late Brekky together. Highly recommend - good location too.

We have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. Always clean, nicely appointed and friendly staff. Large bathrooms and well set up kitchen. Bedroom is a little small but very comfy beds. Would recommend if you are staying a few nights and want cooking facilities
