Very modern looking and clean studio room. The room was quite large, apart from the Queen size bed, we had a dining table and chairs, coffee table and two arm chairs. I loved the bathroom, it were quite large too. The shower was just amazing, better than I have at home. Very convenient location, close to everything. Walking distance to Coles. Very friendly reception staff. They also have a restaurant there, but we didn’t use it. Would recommend to everyone.

We were only passing through Emerald and chose to book a room here based on family suggestions. The service agent that I spoke with over the phone was more than accommodating. He allowed us to check in after hours by leaving the key in a secure place. We had asked for a portacot and a room upstairs (as these were cheaper). However, they offered to move us downstairs without charging the extra to make it easier for us with our bub.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including a small fridge. It did need a deeper clean, however, especially in the bathroom with mould growing in grout and silicone as well as the shower screen being covered in a soap scum or something.
We were very please with the customer service we received and would happily stay here again.

A great find. The motel is modern, clean and tidy. Good sized rooms, modern bathrooms. The restaurant is of a good standard and the range of meals is sufficient with a decent drinks menu. Serving three meals a day, breakfastand lunch have to be pre-ordered. The service was excellent.

Beware of the well hidden 7 day cancellation policy.. If you don't give them a full 7 days notice, they will charge you for your entire stay. We have since removed this hotel from our corporate travel booking system after this surprise. Perhaps stay somewhere else if there is any risk your agenda might have to change.

Our 7-day cancellation policy is designed to protect both our guests and our property. Since we are not located in a metropolitan area, our ability to fill rooms quickly can be limited. When a room is booked and held for an extended period, there’s a risk that if a cancellation occurs within a short timeframe, we may not have the opportunity to resell it, leading to potential revenue loss. While we do strive to be accommodating and have occasionally offered same-day cancellations despite our standard policy, we must balance this with the need to manage our booking inventory effectively. We understand that some agents may have different policies, and we try to be as flexible as possible within the constraints of our system. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continuously seek to improve our services. Well laid out room with a small kitchenette. Room was centrally located, clean and a comfortable bed. It was also walking distance to the gardens and town. Staff were very obliging and offered us a ground floor unit as my knees aren’t so good.

A nice clean motel with a well looked after pool. Staff were friendly and available. Close to the Botanic Gardens and the center of town. The motel offers plenty of parking and also has a restaurant all at a reasonable price.

Clean and tidy well presented room. Good Shower and bathroom. Friendly and easy check in over the phone with a key left out for me to check in after hours. All info was sent to my mobile to make it easier. Price was on the high side in comparison to other places i stay.

A couple of days ahead they messaged that they were going to charge my credit card for the room. But I had already paid. Either their record-keeping is bad or they were trying to rip me off. The room was near the road and railway so it was noisy. The price is too high for what you get.

Lovely place to stay, rooms are clean and the pool is lovely after a hot day at work. The restaurant serves lovely meals and even though the restaurant is old fashioned it is set up really well. Recommend to stay for work and/or holiday. In a good situation to walk the Main Street.

This motel came recommended by a friend, so decided to give it a go. Worth the effort, easy check in and the room was great, good size, extremely clean and good rates. The attached restaurant is also very good, with a great menu and good service. Would definitely stay again.
