Nice touch to have the air-con on in the cabin when we checked in as it was certainly hot enough. Have stayed before in front single room unit so this upgrade was much larger especially the kitchen area. Check in was friendly, only non positive was I think highlighting the password for WIFI would have been helpful as didn't find it on the map due to the folding of map etc until it was too late to be able to use it so maybe pointing it out would have been good. Also a non positive for me was the next morning when a large bag of bottles was just thrown into the skip by management, would have loved to see recycling happening here especially with the 10c refunds (perhaps collect for local charity if not to provide income for the park). Cabin was clean as was all the park area that we saw. Even though I find the price quite expensive being it is Dalby but in reality it is so much better priced than any of the motels which are ridiculously priced so will definitely stay again for pricing alone. Location is central to town and the local Criterion (Cri) pub has great meals etc so very handy as well as a Chinese Takeaway. Overall happy with stay and slept well so will be back again when visiting family in Dalby.

We stay for 3 nights in a caravan and had one of the bitumen/concrete slab sites. We were extremely close to the amenities which were sparkling clean ..... I really mean these were very clean. The managers do a wonderful job of keeping the park looking immaculate. The grassed sites look like something off a golf course. It was hot and windy but they kept the bore water sprinklers going on the sites that were empty. A never ending task. The grassed sites overlooked the river and are mainly under very shady trees. Hats off to the managers - one of the best parks that we've stayed in. The park is also close to the main business area and all supermarkets (Coles, Woolies, Aldi). There is a new and beautiful river walk that is also well shaded with smooth/even concrete pathways.

We booked a studio cabin, which was smaller than anticipated. Awkward steps up to cabin, with access made difficult due to bees in wattle shrubs, as my wife is extremely allergic to bees. When I reported it to the office right opposite the cabins, I was told I could park on the grass, but it didn’t removed the risk. Not a great start, unfortunately.
The unit is connected to three others, and walls were thin. Not much privacy, and we had a smoker next door smoking on the deck, which was too close to our unit.
Reading lights were place above pillows so sitting upright in bed reading was uncomfortable. There were no bedside tables so storage space was non existent.
Similarly there was no storage space in the bathroom.
We actually had more space in our cabin on the ferry to Tasmania.
In my view, the studio is too small for a couple, and the one bedroom cabin may be better…

What a wonderful cabin! Finally after 2 months of travelling on the road, we found accommodation that was spacious, spotless, comfortable and wanting for nothing!
Everything we needed was available unlike a lot of the previous places we'd stayed at!
We had great heating, cooling and lighting! Power points everywhere! Spacious bathroom with large basin and vanity! Hand towels and face washers available. Toaster, microwave, cooktop and full sized fridge! Chairs to sit on with a proper table, not just a bench with milk crates!! Free Wi Fi that actually worked!
Comfortable bed with soft pillows and enough bedding to keep warm during the cold nights.
We loved this place so much we stayed an extra night!
Added bonus is The Criterion Pub next door serving up delicious meals at very reasonable prices!!
I highly recommend Dalby Tourist Park and would definitely return!

The location of the park is great as it is almost in the heart of town, but nicely positioned on Myall Creek with a leafy, walking track along both banks. The friendly welcome was really well received. We stayed for two nights on a powered ensuite site, which I highly recommend for two reasons: obviously the ensuite but also they are away from the sites that encircle the amenities block. The adjacent Criterion Hotel has excellent food. All in all a must stay if you are stopping in Dalby.

We Sanitized our hands from the wall dispenser and entered the office to a friendly greeting we had pre booked but no need as the park was mostly vacant.

We choose a nice grassy tree shaded site by the BBq, and fire pit area, which was taped off due to Convirus.

we set up and sat in out chairs facing the Myall river, and the main bridge into town
now a lot of Trucks, R Trains pass over the bridge during the day, but very few at night, So Dont complain look first.

There are walking , cycle paths on both sides of the river, and at night this area is very well lighted, but now the people traffic is minimal.

The amenities are clean and tidy with some toilets/showers closed due to Convirus
there are a few drive thru sites, A few Cabins are behind the office and there are Ensuite sites available. there is a very large aquatic center behind the park But due to convirus its closed.

We stayed a short time due to convirus and heading home as essential travellers
after a year doing the Loop. but we will return again to this very nice central park
with friendly owners.

This was a lovely camp ground to stay in for the night. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The site we had was on the grass which was kept really well and there were other sites which were just concrete. The information given to us on arrival was excellent and included places to eat and how to get there and the Chinese that we ate at was good!! Great proximity to shopping and nice walks. There was some noise from the local pub but nothing too worrisome.

We had previously booked a caravan site and enjoyed this location. This time we booked a cabin (14) that is wheelchair accessible. It is large and comfortable. We were lucky to be there on a Thursday when the camp fire and free sausage sizzle was on for all (byo drinks). The bonus on this occasion were the two country musicians, Anderson Lane. Their original songs were a big hit with excellent covers. Thanks for a very entertaining evening.

Wasn't expecting to much, but is clean and has everything you need except heat. The whole cabin was very clean and neat. We only stayed overnight but the parking space was good for a larger vehicle that we had. Cabin 10, 2 bedroom. It got very chilly after the sun went down and we were sitting under one of the large blankets provided to watch some tele. Beds were comfortable water was hot. Some one mentioned the truck noise but I didn't really hear it at night. I would definately stay here again and recommend it. The price was great compared to some places that are just a room and you pay a whole lot more. I also found it nice that our little balcony had a privacy from the neighbor directly accross from us so you could be out there and not feel like you were being watched.

Stayed in a 2 bed cabin and air con was already on. Bliss!! Walked around park and nice, neat and clean. Communal areas were clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Backs onto a creek that was threatening to overflow but they had apparently already moved anyone who may have been impacted. Walking distance to sports field, pub and shops. We were worried about music from the pub but didn't notice it inside and noise abated before midnight.
