Staff were excellent, The amenities are clean and comfortable. Quiet location with great beach access, Good sized sites. You would need to book as the park is very popular, but a great spot from which to explore Bowen and the region

Where do I even start!!?? 4 weeks into our six week lap of QLD we came across this beautiful place after fb recommendations. This was by far my most favourite stop. We were supposed to move on to Airlie Beach for 2 nights but decided to just stay put. Magnificent pool, shady grass sites with concrete slab, 2 amenities blocks, washing machine and dryer and clothes lines. The kids loved the massive skatepark next door, even well lit until late into the night, the beach was a short stroll across the golf course, listening to the beach at night, so relaxing. 5 mins to Bowen shops (incl Woolworths), pub across the road, 10 mins to main beaches and bays where you can swim. Bowen foreshore is awesome too. Free small water park, large playground and long jetty to walk along, beautiful.
$35 a night powered, kids free. We were sad to leave.

Lovely hedges for privacy. Nice pool. Staff very friendly. Clean, neat and in a great location, adjacent the golf course and minutes walk from the beach. Shady to create cooler sites. Pub across the road but not near enough to be noisy. Short drive to town. Loved it. Went for a day and ended up staying four. First time, booked for a day and stayed a week. This was our third stay. Huge, clean, toilets and showers. Love it!

This is a nice shady caravan park, with ‘privacy’ hedges separating many sites. Staff member was very friendly. Amenities were clean, nice big hot showers, plenty of washing machines. The camp kitchen was very disappointing- very basic and not particularly clean. It was also a fair walk from our site. Our tent site was on the western fence near the park. Unfortunately for us,we were there Friday afternoon with loud foul- mouthed teens walking past after school, very noisy night at the pub across the road, and kids on skate boards with loud music in the park until late. For this reason we would not stay here again

Fantastic park. Immaculately kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool. Good clean amenities. Camp kitchen next to the pool. Walk to the beach and the golf club. Good pub accros the road for a meal. Affordable rates. Would definitely stay here again.

A very neat and welcoming park. Staff friendly amd helpful. Very clean amenities . Park is close to the beach, golf course, bowls club and pub. A short drive to everywhere. It is a park we would definitelycome bacl to and stay longer

The caravan park was full but didn’t feel overcrowded. Staff and other guests all very friendly. Great place for our toddler and dog as kids playground, beach and park all right there. Amenities were very clean and modern with great showers. Second time we’ve stayed and won’t be the last

This CP is great. It’s clean, good facilities, and not only dog friendly but close to a leash free beach. The only negative is the manager who is a nasty piece of work, aggressive and rude. After a very quiet pleasant week there, on the last day he was really verbally nasty to me and accused me of speeding which I wasn’t as I was the passenger, and at any time I could have got out of the car and walked alongside it. . Plus we saw him speeding on his mower, his cleaners speeding on the carts, and numerous cars with and without caravans on the back going far faster than the designated 5km an hour

My wife and I are camping. The sites are setback approximately 50metres from the beach with a golf course in between. The amenities were spotless. The park is really well landscaped giving it a nice feel and providing shade from the sun. Not too loud

What a lovely park, beautiful walks along the beach, great golf course, enjoyed the fishing, lovely park owners. Amenities were clean and tidy, great friendships were made. This caravan park was ideal.
