The reception hours were 8am to 10am on Sunday 23 August 2020. I just asked if I could use a bucket or something to wash some dust off my car during these hours. The answer I was given really offended me. The man said "go wash your own "f.....king car". The man really needs to learn some lessons on customer service and how to treat people in general. I only own a car, not a "f.....king car". If the man had a "f.....king car, people would travel hundreds of kilometres to see this type of car. Other than that, the motel was lovely.

Thank you

My partner and I stayed at this hotel at the end of 2018 (not Dec 2019), a little while ago, but we still hold nice memories of our stay. My partner's family were from that area, so it was a treat for him to return. The motel was lovely, we found it very clean and comfortable. It was just after Christmas, and very warm, and our room was made comfortable with effective air con. And we made use of the pool as well. One highlight was being able to catch the shuttle bus to and from the local pub for dinner on both nights we were there. They were so accommodating, and we thank the lovely local fellow for picking us up and dropping us off. It's a great service to offer. We are looking forward to (hopefully) returning to Boonah this coming Christmas/New Year.

The room was quiet, well appointed with breath-taking scenery. It was conveniently close to Boonah, where I was working. My one disappointment was that rooms were not serviced daily, and I had to reuse damp towels for two days. In a place of that price and calibre, I'd have expected daily room servicing.

What can I say, this place is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. It's unassuming but delivers everything you could want for. The chalets are clean, comfortable and fitted out with everything you need. We were there for a family wedding ceremony and we all had a meal in the restaurant the night before the wedding. Food was fantastic and service both friendly and excellent. The ceremony location is basic but absolutely lovely and you can decorate it how you want. There are BBQs but not for customer use however the groom's parents asked in advance if we could use it if we provided our own gas canister which we were able to do.

Room not serviced, spare bed removed without mention, no reception service during listed hours, water hammer in pipes when other units use water. Not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend for business trips when service and comfort counts after long working days . No apology for poor service. Not value for money.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely motel. Our room was way off the road, quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. We sat outside in the late afternoon and watched the sun go down while a few kangaroos grazed nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and to finish our evening we had a lovely dinner in the accompanying restaurant. If you're passing this way you definitely owe it to yourself to stay here, you won't regret it.

We stayed here to attend a family wedding. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with nice verandah's overlooking bushland. The BBQ area is a real asset to this motel. We used it for breakfasts and dinner for 18 of us. Sally and her staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to look after us. Tahnk you and we will be back!

Only stayed one night due to a wedding. I had to arrange 6 rooms for family & friends originally & Mikayla was so easy to deal with even after I had to cancel 2 due to the NSW lockdown.
We were allowed an early check in so we had time to get ready for the wedding & EVERYONE was really impressed with the rooms, they are lovely.
Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful clean spacious rooms.
I had a quad room to myself. Unit 2)
Was a perfect base for hiking in the area. Kettle and fridge and well stocked mini kitchenette.

Hot shower with great water pressure.

Comfy bed with warm blankets and reverse cycle aircon.

Quiet and private with only 1 neighbour, so has a peaceful relaxing feel. Well off main road so very quiet at night which was perfect for me.

Will happily return and look forward to my next visit.

What a lovely country location. Nice quiet bush setting and pond views with only the birds chirping to sooth you.
It's not far from town and the area is lovely for scenery and tranquility. Room was comfy and roomy with a table inside and outside.
