Have stayed here before with my dog Bella. Very comfortable pet friendly accommodation. Lovely clean cabins and very friendly atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to stay when they have entertainment is a bonus 😆

We arrived in Blackall planning on camping by the river but the weather has other ideas (rain!) so we camped at the caravan park in town. We were a bit limited with choice of sites due to the weather, and ended up on a small site doing the main driveway. The amenities were very average and dirty the whole time....

Park busy because of rain not able to camp near river. My problem was the showers and toilets for start it could have been cleaner and secondly the exhaust fans did not...

My wife and I called in here a couple of week ago with our 23 year old daughter looking for two powered sites. Once they found out we were in a 12 foot caravan and the daughter had a rooftop tent we were offered 'powered sandy sites up under the tree'. Turns out that it was up in the mud...

Firstly and very important, dog friendly. We stayed here just one night but spoke about staying another night as it was such a wonderful stay; sadly we had time restrictions so didn't want to chance being late. This is one of the most friendly caravan parks I've been in. The owner cooked us a special meal as we were to...

Very nice, family-operated business; we enjoyed a camp dinner, ijncluding freshly made delicious damper, and afterwards entertainment which we really enjoyed. As the town of Blackwall has been quite severely disadvantaged in that it has been removed as a railway stop and some industry has had financial pressures and closed down, so I would recommend travellers stop there to enjoy...

Hi Christine, Thank you for your review and we are all delighted that you enjoyed Evan's live performance and the camp oven dinner. I also appreciate your concern for Blackall, hopefully our new proactive Mayor and Councillors can entice new families and business to Blackall in the new future. Kind Regards Debbie

I stayed here one night in the cabins and had a great time. The cabins were really nice. Most caravan park cabins are pretty basic so I appreciated the extra little touches like the nice tiles, bedding and towels. And the staff are lovely. The damper we had at the dinner was exceptional. I'll be staying here again when I...

Hi, Thank you for you great review. I'm afraid the park did become quite muddy because of recent rains. I'm sure the property owners in central west qld are very happy and relieved. Hopefully we will receive good follow up rain. Regards Debbie

I read such varying reports about the park so now here are mine. It's a small park and is full every night. We were thankful we had booked as people are arriving as late as 6pm and looking for sites and were located on an overflow site next door. We had a site close to Garden St which was fine....

Hi Jenni, Thank you for your review, I appreciate any feedback. My cleaners have been here for a sort time and I will look into your comments. I'm afraid I cannot do anything about the sulphur smell in the water, but it is good to drink once cooled. Regards Debbie
