Nice small clean and tidy cabin. Friendly and welcoming on check-in and easy to book a meal for room service. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Is a regular place that I stop at when travelling for work in the area.

Great service and good clean rooms! Dinner was beautiful and wish I could return more often! I received very good customer service which is very unusual in Central Qld.

Motel/cabin were great, service was appalling. Wasn't sure if it were because of my dark skin but felt unwelcomed and my partner and I needs weren't serviced, especially from the managers, not a good sign at all.

Went to Settlers last night for dinner. I had the Teriyaki Beef special @ $21.95.
The beef on the plate was tough and tasteless and the pile of plain white rice was also tasteless. To make it minimally edible I poured some sweet chili sauce over it, but that did not help much. This was about the least expensive dish on the menu and a waste of money.

Arrived to wait in the foyer 10 min until somebody served me. I was given a key to a cabin which, when I arrived was not made up from the last guest. They put me in a motel room which was I think an upgrade. Went to restaurant for dinner and had the spaghetti meatballs. Came out in about 5 min. Clearly microwaved as too hot to eat. The second morning decided to risk breakfast. Ordered at 7.05 and as I write this review it is 7.50 and no sign of food. Oh here it is. They forgot the sausages and fried the poached eggs I ordered.

Booking in was fast and easy, Counter staff very polite. The room clean, good size and the beds comfortable.
I loved the Restaurant food, first night steak and salad bar, next night I just had the salad bar as it also has hot food and a big variety of fresh food. What a Great place to stay. Would defiantly recommend.

Hotel Settlers have been upgrading their hotel rooms and they are great. The bathrooms are modern fresh and very clean. The main room is neat and tidy but does need a bedside lamp to make it perfect. Staff were very accommodating with my check-in and early departure. Restaurant extremely busy due to a function but my meals were excellent, love the buffet. The room price was good in comparison to other locations in town.
