Combine fabulous accommodation, set high amongst the rain forest trees in the Atherton with up close and personal wildlife experiences and it is worth staying several days. We did and self-catered, shopping at Atherton before arriving. By staying and cooking, you enjoy the possums that come each night hoping for a free handout if fruit. Then in the morning, the...

Most beautifully appointed tree house, love the soap in particular!! The setting is beautiful, up among the rainforest canopy! Birds during the day and possums at night. I particularly love the baby possum who was possibly just off mum's back, I call him "little buddy" he hangs out around the bbq at echidna house. Plenty of walks to take and...

We stayed there for two nights and it was a most exciting encounter with the wild life and nature. The possums and birds come to visit us at the Bower House. The owner David is most hospitable and pointed to us of all the interesting places to go and see wildlife. He even arranged one of our girls to hand...

We have been travelling up the east coast and my husband was adamant he wanted to go on the waterfall trail. Hence we ended up at Canopy Tree House. What a fantastic few days. David the host was there to greet us; warm, informal and informative and then we were led out to one of only 5 tree houses. Very...

The 2 bedroom treehouse accomodation is roomy and well equipped and the view from the bathroom is fantastic. The only problem we had when we visited was that it rained most of our time there which made it difficult to go out walking on the tracks. The wildlife is abundant and with the house stocked with birdfood, turtle food and...

We stayed here at the end of a family holiday, and it truly was a highlight. The treehouse itself was really lovely, but being surrounded by the rainforest was a real treat. The owners were really friendly, and told us what we could expect to see, which was great. Seeing so many animals in their natural environment was a wonderful...

I'm not sure how best to give justice to this unique accomodation and wildlife sanctuary as there is so much to it. The 2 bedroom treehouse accomodation is fabulous, extremely well equipped kitchen, private terrace and a bathroom with a view to die for from the spa bath. The bathroom is a little dated but the view definitely makes up...

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Feeding the wild life is something we will never forget. Thank David for allowing us into your home and allowing our daughter to bottle feed a wallaby. We will def be returning.
