This was our second visit to Tree Tops and we'll be back. Karin and Harry are wonderful and welcoming hosts. Devonshire Tea on the afternoon of our arrival was the perfect start to our short stay. Breakfasts are sumptuous with special mention of the freshly cooked pancakes. The various lounge areas allow interaction with other guests or to find a...

Loved this place. It is so charming and i felt right at home in the lovely sitting rooms and the front verandah, surrounded by some very pretty gardens. The hosts are warm and friendly and take care of any request straight away from providing food, other restaurant recommendations, and torches for the glow worm night walk. The breakfasts and dinner...

We found the rooms were okay the bathroom too small. The whole building smelt musty. The verandah dirty. Breakfast good. Dining room clean Would not stay there. The owners were pleasant and helpful. 15 min walk to the shops.

I have found it difficult to respond to this negative critique. Tree Tops is a hundred year old guesthouse, and whilst some of the bathrooms are small, they remain clean and functional, with each one served by its own Renai instant hot water system (endless showers). We pride ourselves in our period guesthouse with its cottage gardens and old veranda...

Treetops is a fabulous venue in an ideal location. Great home cooked food and wonderful hospitality. The perfect place for our planning days. Loved the pool table - good team building activity! Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a couple of lovely days, with lovely hosts. Fabulous breakfast. Whilst not a great deal to do at Dundanoon, enough in local area to keep you busy. Rooms are very very clean. The chinese restaurant in town is a walk away and real nice. Big meals and great value, thoroughly suggest you give it a try.

We have been regular visitors for many years and have always found Karin and Harry to be charming and friendly hosts. Thank you Karin and Harry for your warm hospitality and wonderful guesthouse. I arrived late at night after driving all day from Melbourne. After settling in I sat with my book in front of the open fire and was brought A complimentary Port and Chocolate.....I cannot tell you how grateful I was for that level of service at that time...
