A lovely home away from home vibe. Room was well appointed with free fresh baked biscuits and cake by the coffee area 😊

Breakfast was fresh and healthy and the place as a whole has plenty of areas to escape to if you wanted some quiet time.

A nice stroll into the town centre too.

Check out on a Sunday is 10am and I would have preferred a little extra time to sleep after an event the night before but that did not spoil our stay.

Hosts Tim and Lucie have done an amazing job with the Bundanoon Guest House, and staying there is a reason to stop in Bundanoon. I booked out the entire venue and cottage to celebrate a 50th Birthday in June 2022. Tim and Lucie managed the 30-strong crowd beautifully and there was an easy, cosy charm to the whole weekend. Head Chef Ion is a star: he arranged a superb afternoon of gourmet cooking classes and the results were truly impressive – and hysterical. In fact, everything fell into place: welcome drinks, casual dinner on the first night, long breakfasts and a very smart formal dinner on the Saturday. A great addition to the Southern Highlands.

My wife and I just returned home after 3 night stay at Bundanoon Guest House . It was a wonderful relaxing experience . Our hosts Lucie and Tim made us feel so at home. They tend to your every need but still allow you your space. The ensuite rooms are cosy and the house boasts several " break out areas" to relax with a cup of tea or coffee and a good book or mingle with other quests , watch TV or iPad ; there is even a games room with snooker table . Breakfasts are terrific with Lucie providing a varied surprise each morning . I particularly enjoyed meandering through the house checking out the umpteen antique pieces thoughtfully placed within the house. We will definitely return. Carol & Bill

What a gem in Bundanoon this accommodation is. The guest house has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Lucie and Tim are great hosts and are happy to assist with tourist options and local knowledge and are interested in what all the guests are doing. The guest lounge was well stocked with homemade biscuits, scones and jam and comfortable chairs; a great place for guests to meet and chat. The breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient, including a home cooked frittata. The whole place feels homely and very comfortable. We felt very well looked after during our stay.

Gathered at the guesthouse for a family reunion . We had 34 family members staying overnight and gathering for a Christmas in July dinner. Lucie and Tim were amazing as hosts and the guesthouse was immaculate. Every family member felt the warmth of their hospitality and were enthralled by the ambience of the guesthouse and its surrounding landscaped gardens. Each area had appreciated parts to relax alone or in groups. Thank you for creating a very special family memory for us all to cherish.

Wonderful hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. Very comfy bed, and newly renovated bathroom. Lovely historic photographs and elegant furnishings. There was a nice common lounge area and we enjoyed a healthy breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, delicious frittata and toast. Recommended and we would stay again.

Best experience for ages. From the greeting as your car is unpacked and taken to your room, whilst you have a glass of wine in reception, you know you are in for a treat. The food is amazing the cocktails imaginative, the rooms comfortable and the team are so intent on making your stay memorable. We did waterfall walks, a glow-worm visit and a early morning coffee with the kangaroos. Nothing is left to chance, you are going to have a great time and feel pampered. Thank you.

Fantastic guest house to stay in. Everything was wonderful. This is the first time I have stayed in a guest house, the room was very clean and comfy, I was surprised at the comfort of the bed and pillows, en-suite was very clean and a large size. The included breakfast was yummo, the home itself was beautiful, the style of home and furnishings I adore. They have a great selection of relaxing rooms to lounge around in. And last but not least is Lucie and Tim, you will not find nicer and accommodating hosts. I will definitely stay here when in the area again. The scones and mandarins went down a treat.

Tim & Lucie are the most wonderful hosts and the Lodge itself is beautiful, relaxing and welcoming.
We have stayed before and were looking forward to a return with friends. Unfortunately, we had a very late stumble at home just before the weekend we were booked and looked like we wouldn't be able to get there. Tim was awesome, nothing too much trouble even though we were leaving them with an empty room on a busy weekend. We were able to postpone the booking till a few weeks later.
Then we threw a spanner in and decided we could go for a single night on the original booked weekend. - That too was no problem for our marvelous hosts - all sorted with a warm attitude.
Once we arrived, we were greeted like old friends and shown to our lovely room with lots of concern and empathy.
We enjoyed drinks in front of the fire and dinner in town with our friends. Next morning breakfast was also up to the standard mentioned by others. We didn't feel rushed at any time and are now looking forward to the next overnighter we have arranged in a few weeks time for our anniversary.
Thanks again Tim & Lucie.

Anniversary week away . Started off Friday afternoon to this beautiful place ,first time in Bundanoon but definitely not the last . From the moment we where greeted by Tim then Lucy the choice I made to stay there was 100% correct. We where shown all the facilities then to our beautiful room number 14 . Very comfortable a lovely spa which we enjoyed a few times, homemade biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa in your room or in the lovely sitting room . Games room was great enjoyed a game of pool with a drink from the bar. We also had a beautiful afternoon tea with scones. I have left the best comment to last the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Tim and Lucy are not only very friendly but extremely professional, we would recommend this guest house . Now to Batemans Bay
