Total shambles.dirty, disorganised and generally unpleasant. Don't bother is my advice. Reception staff appear to also be "chefs" and attempt cleaning. I say attempt because the whole place is dirty. Chairs dumped at the bottom of stairs blocking fire escapes. Good inedible on the rare occasions the restaurant was open.

Friendly and helpful staff made you feel welcome. The initial room didn't get Wifi so I was given another, the bed very comfortable. Cleaning was not particularly good, the toilet hadn't even been flushed from previous guests, leaving the toilet bowl stained. Shower had also not been cleaned very well.

Dreadful from start to finish. Things not available from the menu but the food that we had I took home for the dog. It was dreadful. We had chicken. It didn't look good and the veggies were straight out of a frozen packet. Give this place a wide berth

Front of house looked quite nice and also the bar area seemed clean and tidy. Was given our key and went upstairs through a clean stairway...

Went on a Sunday to check out the new look. It's great so nice to play a game of pool and get a good Sunday dinner. Highly recommend it caters for everyone with the cafe sports tv pool table and dining

I live only a mile away, but as we were moving, our house wasn't habitable. Checked in at 9pm on. Thursday evening. Place was empty. Kitchen closed, one chap was barman cum receptionist. Room was ok, but bed very uncomfortable. Hard pillows. Whenever another guest turned on a tap the noise of water in the mains was significant. Not a...
