Magistrates room, very nice,on suite very small, clean and serviced each day. Breakfast lovely and plenty of choice. Couldn't park outside (only could park between 5pm and 9am) no room to park across from B &B, paid to park in all night car park. No evening meal, but ate at Red Lion very good. Returned from a 3x night stay at this B&B. It was originally a 2x night Groupon offer but after contacting Tim at the B&B we were able to get a deal on a 3x night stay instead which we'd preferred. Throughout our stay, Tim was very accommodating and the B&B was quiet and comfortable. Some people have mentioned about parking...

For two Aussies far from home, host Tim provided us with a welcoming and thoroughly enjoyable stay. All the comforts of home are provided with a hot cup of tea on arrival, beautifully turned out room and delicious cooked breakfast, plus many interesting chats with Tim about brilliant local Sheffield musicians such as Joe Cocker. This was a great base...

Just returned from an enjoyable 2 night stay. Great location for exploring Derbyshire. Very accommodating and comfortable stay. Great breakfast. Tim was really friendly and helpful. Parked across the road in the car park - no problems. Five minutes walk to town centre. Had a celebratory meal at Le Mistral (highly recommended) and good pub food at the Red Lion....

My partner treated me to what I was concerned was going to be a night in the cells(!) but in fact turned out to be a delightfully quirky experience. We stayed in the Magistrates' Room which was very comfortable (en-suite a bit small but perfectly adequate for a short stay) and were made very welcome by the owner Tim who...
