I think the location is petfect but value for money it is not. The rooms are ok but £73 for one night with no wifi or breakfast I think is awful. Very basic but clean rooms. We use it totally for convenience

Glossop travelodge was one of the best stays we have had. The room was so clean and comfortable, it looked like it was newly refurbished. Everything we needed and at a great price, definitely competes with Premier Inns that we usually use. We will use this one again very soon, so quiet too.

The Travelodge in Glossop is well situated in the centre of town next to shops, restaurants and pubs. The local Wetherspoons is part of the same building complex and is one of this chain's best pubs. Free parking right outside the hotel up to 10.00, cheap parking after that.

Centrally located in the middle of the town this Travelodge is a good base for me when visiting family nearby. Only downsides are rooms at front can be noisy due to early morning store deliveries & the car park must be vacated by 10am, despite there being a Pay & Display car park opposite this can be inconvenient especially if...

It was not good, the room was not clean and was very cold. It was also very noisy. The receptionist told me confusing information about parking and when I rang the parking company the attender told me something different

Room was clean and bed comfy (for me) only a shower (I prefer a bath), stairs to room nice as part of the old mill. Only breakfast available is a box but nice cafe only 100yards away. Slight noise from drayman at 0730 delivering beer to adjacent Weatherspoons, ask for a back room if you want a lie in. Free...

We have just arrived back from staying here for one night, we had room 122 and must complement the staff on the cleanliness of this room, it was spotless and well maintained. Parking is free after 4pm untill 10am, if you need to park before then I suggest using the co-op car park 100 yards up the road which is...

Booked on an offer so got a very good discount. Unusual in that reception was upstairs and very compact entrance. Room tidy, clean and cosy, over the river. Very warm though at night. Check re parking.
