There were 10 of us, plus 4 children. The staff were really lovely. Very attentive and Nothing too much trouble. The food was brilliant with plenty of choices. I popped in prior to the occasion to order champagne as a surprise and organise a bar tab. This was undertaken without any prompting on the day. I would recommend them to...

Excellent couple of nights at Blenheim House. Pleasant rooms, great food both at dinner and breakfast, well stocked bar and all staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and professional. This is the third time we have stayed here and it pleases every time. We look forward to our next stay.

Had the best Sunday lunch at the Blenheim House this weekend. The portions were good, all the food was fresh, hot and there was a good variety of vegetables. The service and friendliness was as always second to none. Can't wait to go again!

I have used this hotel for business meetings, for meals and for staying overnight and it delivers to a very high standard on all 3. In particular the food is delicious and a lot of the rooms are very different to each other with beams etc in them. Peter and his team also provide an efficient and friendly service that...

We have just spent a weekend at the Blenheim House. We were "recommended" it because it is dog friendly, and we were in the area with our dog to potentially adopt another from a local dog rescue charity. Our contact at the rescue had given us the recommendation, purely based on having heard that it was a good place to...

Been a few times and I am always impressed by the food. Well presented, and so tasty. I go for special occasions as it is too expensive for me, for a weekly meal but definitely pay for what you get and always happy to do so. Great quality. Only thing that I find lets the place down is the young...

I ate here with friends at lunchtime, the atmosphere is very relaxed and we were able to sit and chat and were not rushed to order food. I am following a diet at the moment so did find it difficult to find something I could eat but settled on gammon and replaced the chips for a salad which was not...

We stayed here for two nights to attend a family function, Our daughter booked the room for us knowing we love historic buildings. Despite booking a king room for us we were given a room downstairs which was tiny and the bed was definitely a double. The bathroom was so small it was hard to shower (absolutely no where to...

I have visited this restaurant several times now and have always had very good food. On the latest occasion I had the best steak I have ever eaten. Only criticism was the speed that the food was being delivered - so we asked for more time and a bigger delay between courses. Fantastic food though. 10 out of 10. We...
