The post code on the website kept sending me back to Alton towers when I tried using it in my sat nav. If it wasnt for the security staff at Alton towers helping me I'd never have found the place. Really bad considering I was travelling alone late at night. The villiage the travelodge is situated in is in the middle of nowhere, you go through a lot of countryside that has no street lighting at night, very easy to get horribly lost in the dark!

Hotel was clean and check in easy. Stepping stones pub in car park which was ideal as no communal area in travel lodge. We booked late and only availability was accessible rooms which were fine and no issues with room.

We have stayed in this Travelodge before and found both times to be excellent. It's only a 10 minute drive to Alton towers, the reason for our visit. The staff were nice and rooms clean to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

I was apprehensive about staying in a hotel in these strange times, but didn't need to worry. I was impressed with the efficiency and the covid measures undertaken, very clean. Helpful staff too, would recommend.

Excellent hotel. High standard clean rooms. All staff very welcoming, friendly and can’t do enough for you. The hotel manager should be very proud of her staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay.
