Good location for Carsington Water (12 mins away), and in a pretty area, though it's a mile into the town itself, so the only choice for food that is on your doorstep is the Marstons pub next door which serves dreadful food. The traveldoge was clean and comfortable, the children's beds not great in our family room, thought double bed...

We had an overnight as a family of 4 whilst visiting Alton towers and was very pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was considering how little we had paid for it. Room was fairly small but spotlessly clean and well equipped. Although it's close to a main road we all slept really well with no noise problems. No breakfast...

We stayed here when visiting Alton Towers which is only 20 mins away. Reception staff very welcoming. Hotel clean. Found the bed to be a little hard. Extra pillows. No food facilities but excellent pub next door called The Stepping Stone which served delicious food and an Aldi facing. Would definitely stay here again due to its excellent location.

The hotel was in a good location, receptionist was welcoming, the room was a good size but lacked clothing storage especially for 2 adults & 2 children, the tv remote didn't work & reception did not have a spare, there was no shower gel in dispenser however the beds were comfy & plenty of clean towels

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday evening prior to attending an event in the area on Sunday. We've stayed at Travelodge before so this wasn't an entirely new experience. When I booked, I was in perfect health, but am currently on crutches. When we checked in, we were told our room was upstairs and there were no lifts......

Had everything we needed. Clean room with fresh bedding and towels. Shower clean and tidy with shower gel/shampoo. Aldi just over the road and pub/restaurant over the car park . The staff friendly and helpful and had lots of leaflets on nearby attractions.

Large, clean, family room. Family rooms appear to be located near reception, which is handy as families usually have lots of luggage. Wall mounted TV. Aldi across the road. Pub next door. good location. Perfect

This room was awfully cold bedding smelt funny and to top it off the fire alarm was flashing all night keeping us awake!!! Also no shower gel so when went to use the soap there was none of that either! When we went down to reception in the morning to report this the woman said and I quote "oh it's...
