Hotel has an impressive and very large frontage. It clearly needs updating and while we were there scaffolding was erected at the front. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms like the rest of the hotel, a little tired looking. Nice location and views. Lots of sheep in fields around. On the whole it was a...

Great location, the Wild Boar going through refurbishment outside didn't spoil the afternoon. Lovely afternoon tea and staff. Afternoon Tea really nice, sandwiches' again nice using good quality ingredients. Good groupon deal. Would recommend. Great staff.

We stayed for an overnight stay, with evening meal and breakfast included. Very impressed with everything, food was very tasty and served by friendly and helpful staff. We look forward to returning in the future.

I booked an afternoon tea here for my friend's birthday through Groupon and was hugely embarrassed. The Tudor building looks great from the outside and I had high hopes, but when we entered, there was no-one there and we hung around until the waitress turned up. I had booked one vegetarian option, but we got 2 meat options. A cheese...

I can't believe it has taken us so long to post this review from September 2015. We had our wedding reception here after the church service in Nantwich. From start to finish the planning meetings to the day itself Suzanne, Sallie and the team were incredible and so welcoming and very very calm. Nothing was too much trouble from organising...

When arrived to our room was pleasantly surprised, had a large room, however we had to phone reception as there was no toilet roll. Shortly after we discovered the toilet did not flush. This was reported to reception and a young man came to have a look, disappeared and returned with some sellotape to fix it until it could be...

Great spacious room with lots of space for your belongings. The room has a discreet safe tucked away in a cupboard. Well stocked drinks tray with biscuits and cadburys hot chocolate for when tea and coffee just aren't enough! Massive fluffy towels(plenty of them) in a spacious bathroom which also has complimentary toiletries. Good shower over the bath. Massive bar/restaurant...

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner using a deal. This hotel is so beautiful from the outside with a tudor decor. Room was good size with tea coffee hairdryer etc everything we needed. Breakfast included in the price too and was a good choice of items...cereals, yoghurts, full English, toast, fruit platter. Would definitely stay again.
