My girlfriend and I stayed at The White House Manor for 3 nights whilst visiting the area and the hotel was superb!! The building is charming from the outside, set in a very nice location in Prestbury. We stayed in the Miverna room on the top floor and this was impeccably decorated with a Turkish steam room to boot!! The...

This was a truly wonderful find on a budget in the north of England. Sadly I was staying there on business and couldn't enjoy the hotel and the local area as much as I'd have liked but this was a beautiful place with antique furniture in a lovely location with staff who were very friendly and helpful. The honesty bar...

The attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel was amazing, The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful but are not intrusive. The card signed by the hotel and 'pink fizz' was a lovely touch. We opted for full english in...

As soon as we stepped into the porch of this haven I thought 'detail'! I have never seen a box of car essentials such as de-icer plus umbrellas available for guests to use. Our room was elegant, very comfy and had a wealth of little details. The whole team could not do enough for us. Highlight of the stay was...

We couldn't have had a better experience than we did staying at this small country house manor! We took over the whole hotel apart from one room (apologies to that lady!) for the night before and the night after a family wedding, and the experience was great. There were certainly no frayed towels in any of the rooms; instead we...

After reading what seemed like excellent reviews on trip adviser I was very disappointed in the White House Manor. The rooms definitely need updating, far too dark, thin duvet cover and towels that had frayed edges. No wifi, bottled water had to be paid for, although the room was reasonable clean they was room for improvement. We did not have...
