Went for a meal on 29/12/15 and we were very impressed with the quality of the meal and the presentation, definitely 10 out of 10.The portions were too big to finish but over all we were very happy. We recommended it to any one visiting Nantwich.

The food here is very disappointing unfortunately. Lovely setting and good staff. The room was spotless and nice bedding and an amazing shower! It was a bit airless and a fan in the room shows it's probably hot in summer

Great place to stay but the friendliness of the staffs tops it off. Nothing was too much trouble - they were all so helpful but a special mention must go to Holly - our waitress. She was wonderful, so bubbly and chatty. She made our meal perfection. The food is fabulous too. Not at all over priced. The wine list...

After a very late night due to the resident DJ, on checking out I was asked if everything was OK, to which I said poor nights sleep due to the VERY load music, to which the answer was I should have read the small print, as it stated a resident DJ on Friday and Saturday evenings, not quite the answer...

5 star visit from checking in to checking out. Extremely friendly staff, tasty food including a wonderfully cooked breakfast and an amazing room with the comfiest bed ever. We were in room 6 and didn't hear any noise from their resident Saturday night DJ. Can't wait to return. Thank you all at the Cheshire cat

Me and my partner have stayed here twice now, and it has become our anniversary night away. Hotel is lovely and clean, both rooms i have stayed in have been lovely and the breakfast in the morning is just what need after a night in Nantwich. Great hotel in a brilliant little town.

Lovely, quirky and unusual hotel. Food and staff superb-breakfast was excellent. We had the special on Monday evening which was 2 courses, we had flat iron steaks-highly recommended, which includes a bottle of wine for £25.00-very good value for money and super quality.

Stayed one night to attend local wedding. Saturday night so we did experience the late night disco from the comfort of our bed! The music did reduce around 1am as predicted. Didn't ruin our stay. Check in was a little rushed and impersonal. Room modern and clean. TV didn't work. ....forgot to report that! Room 7. Large wet room pleasant....
