Every aspect from the warm welcome, wonderful dinner to luxurious bed made us feel pampered and relaxed. The accolades for the restaurant are absolutely deserved. Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa certainly upheld the fine tradition of classical British hospitality in this stunning Georgian country house. The friendly, helpful staff went out of their way to ensure a relaxing, effortless stay.

The room was great and suited our family of four (1&3 year old). The staff were very friendly and we had a cracking little patio area at the back of room where we had coffee in the morning using the great pod coffee machine in the room. As a wedding venue it was very nice although the older part of...

Stayed here for one night as my parents were having a 50th wedding lunch here. I travel a lot for work and leisure and can honestly say this place is pretty close to perfect. From the second I arrived to the moment I left the service was impeccable. Every single person was polite, friendly and helpful (my parents say this...

A birthday day-night-day break at Rookery Hall was a beautiful antidote to three days of frenetic London trade show work. Rooms, spa, treatments, restaurant, grounds and staff were all of a high standard. Bar prices painfully high - margins extended - but nothing could take the sheen off a lovely midweek drift.

From the moment we entered reception, greeted by the lovely Dan, we could not have wished for a better experience. Our standard twin room was lovely and spacious and clean. It had two 3/4 beds that were the comfiest I have ever slept on. I mentioned on booking that it was my friend's 50th birthday and it was lovely to...

I would of given 5 stars, but unfortunately due to a couple of issues I've had to lower my rating. I took my mum for her 70th birthday on a overnight spa package. The hotel is lovely, room spacious and comfortable. Reception staff were ok, didn't really seem interested in us and did not offer any information about the hotel....

Stayed here for a few days on business, old world type building that retains its character in a really nice setting. Our family stayed here for my mother in law's 80th. The staff could not have been more helpful and went beyond the call to help make this a great break. Food was excellent.
