Have just arrived home after a wonderful stay at this 16th century coaching inn. We drove out last weekend for lunch and were so impressed we decided to book two rooms for this weekend. Our rooms were on the top floor and were lovely. The inn is full of charm and character with its creaking floorboards and wonky floors. Compliments...

Booked here for a night and looked at the reviews and thought oh dear as they were mainly bad. When we arrived staff member was lovely and friendly. The first impression of the hotel was a warm homley hotel, cosy comes to mind. Room was clean and tidy. Would stay here again. And everyone writing bad reviews obviously aren't giving...

We stayed at the Crown on the night of 4 March. We came to celebrate an 80th Birthday with a meal also in the bar and grill. We had a dog with us. The staff are amazing, so helpful and nothing as too much trouble. The room was cosy and although a little noisy at night it didn't really matter....

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious restaurant meals. Convenient location for shops and market. Welcoming coal fire in bar area. Spacious and clean rooms. A sign for the hotel's specific parking area would be a great help for guests.

Amazing old pub/hotel right in the centre of Nantwich. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service. Didn't have breakfast as finished quite early on the Saturday morning. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Ate here on a very busy Saturday night. We were shown to our table and given a few minutes to have a look through the vast drinks menu. They have a great selection of wines, craft beer, cocktails and gins. We ordered our drinks and food with our server, Sally. She was attentive throughout the whole experience. When your food...

Stayed here and although hotel and bar lovely our room was at the front which isn't good on a Saturday night when all you can hear is drunk people walking through the town. The hotel has character and the staff are lovely

This is bang in the middle of Nantwich - full of creaky floorboards, old beams and wonky floors but it's the staff who stood out - always a smile and ready to help. We attended an event in the first floor ballroom - a wonderful space and not what you'd expect to find!
